Convenient Tool for 2D drawings/schematics
Vorteile
The command section is really helpful for any user who is working for the first time. When I started as a first-time user, I didn't know anything about the software. Within a week, I was able to learn all the shortcut keys using the command prompt. The most useful feature so far is match properties which makes the overall experience very efficient. The Online AutoCAD HELP guide is user-friendly and has all the details required for any topic you may want to learn.
Nachteile
Not able to have a good interface with 3D models. I would like to have more 3D model features accessible to the user.

Autocad Review
Vorteile
One of the best softwares for 2D technical drawing of building plans, it's our prefered software to keep in date with our company plan.
Nachteile
It's a bit difficult at the begging due to the fact there is a lot of comands to memorize, and the start could be a little to slow for someone in a hurry.

Perfect 2D drawing package when on a tight budget
Machine parts and plant layouts are completed in a jiffy with this easy to use and quick to learn program. Although 3D packages might offer more of a "wow" factor, often times a 2D package is all one needs.
Vorteile
AutoCAD LT will give most users all the CAD functionality they need when on a tight budget. Importing PDF images such as maps and blueprints into and being able to draw over them is all that most users will ever need - be warned price and ease come with limitations, this is not a 3D package but isometric build-drawings are generally what manufactures need to build that part or even machine you need.
Nachteile
Having "seen" the power of 3D, one can be easily influenced to buy up - especially by a commission hungry salesman.

Excellent stripped down version of Autocad with attractive pricing
It's an excellent piece of software which essentially strips down the standard Autocad version by removing a few features like 3D modelling. It's enough to accomplish most design tasks and the pricing is a lot more attractive.
Vorteile
It's a weapon of choice for anyone working in the architectural and design fields. It offers a host of excellent tools that allow you to crate accurate drawings for architectural purposes.
Nachteile
I haven't found any since this version is a lot lighter than the standard Autocad, hence it runs smoother and I'm able to accomplish my tasks a lot faster.

Great Value priced drafting software
I've used AutoCad LT for 4 years and have been generally pleased with its features for my use case which is one off products and maintaining a floor plan for out plant layout.
Vorteile
The price, It is so much cheaper than paying for full AutoCad. Most of the features still exist especially if you are only designing one off products.
Nachteile
There is very little differentiation in the documentation between AutoCad and AutoCad LT so sometimes you think you can do something but you can't

Good for basic drafting.
It aid the accuracy of computer aided drafting and very friendly for the beginners.
Vorteile
I think it's like the usual AutoCad but i think it has less functions. It's very useful for basic drafting.
Nachteile
The isometric function was not there and you have to so it manually. It was quite important to my job for visual presentation

This is basically the same as the previously amazing program that is Autocad
AutoCAD is great
Vorteile
This stripped down version of AutoCAD gives you all the tools you need to do basic drafting. If you have no need for all the bells and whistles and want to save some money by not buying the regular AutoCAD, this is the way you should go.
Nachteile
Since I do use all of the original AutoCAD features my biggest con is the limitations of this software. This is an unfair evaluation though considering the whole point of this software is to provide limited functions.
