Good choice for architectures out there
Created by the pioneers in CAD Autodesk, AutoCAD Architecture is designed for creating 2D and 3D modeling purposes. This serves its purpose as an architecture software with many specific tools and features to effectively create a design. And this needs a powerful device to run and will have some issues with compatibility and sudden crashing. But overall this serves its purpose, fast, effective, and precise in creating a design.
Vorteile
As with all other Autodesk software, AutoCAD Architecture comes with many great and innovative features to aid the user in creating the perfect design. Unlike typical architecture software, this is quite easy to use and has a good user interface to effectively use the software. And in my personal opinion, this has the precision element which is lacking in many other designing software.
With adding more architecture-related features to typical AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture has become more helpful easier to create architecture designs. Considering the views, snapping, properties panel so far this is the most helpful and effective software for architectures. Especially many tutorials are available for anyone willing to try it.
Nachteile
Incompatibility with some other CAD software was a major disadvantage for AutoCAD Architecture and sometimes it crashed just after opening the files. And it was quite expensive to use. Also, the user interface was somewhat unfriendly considering some other applications. Finally, unlike AutoCAD, this was using more resources to perform.

Help people to create architectural designs
AutoCAD Architecture takes the former AutoCAD to a whole new dimension. The program significantly boosts productivity, which allows a client to work more efficiently and effectively. In fact, I think this product is something essential in every office and home that frequently deals with architectural designs. I also think that companies that choose to adopt this particular program will most likely enjoy the added benefit of mechanization of complex drafting undertakings than before.
Vorteile
CAD software is tailor-made to help people create aesthetically appealing architectural designs and documents quickly and easily. On the other hand, AutoCAD Architecture adds more salient features for architectural drawing, schedules, and documentation. It's also easy to automate drafting tasks with just a few clicks, which makes life easier and fun at the same time.
This software program is fairly easy to use, especially when you undertake a few beginner lessons. It's an excellent option for basic floor plans, landscape studies, and elevations to mention a few. You can easily turn off multiple layers that you don't need, and choose the ones that suit your specific project. I love to use this as my schematic starting point before uploading them to other designing tools, such as Revit or Photoshop.
Nachteile
There's a small learning curve a person may experience in the beginning before they can start using the program efficiently and effectively. The keyboard commands are many and overwhelming, and there are so many ways of accomplishing a single task. Also, the functionality to organize large drawings or to organize repetitive elements is very limited. All these technicalities make it very easy for a person to get lost and confused, especially if you're sharing your work with someone who has a different layout preference from yours. Another thing I really dislike about this program is the 3D software part. Sure, you're able to create awesome designs with 3D, but the whole experience is time-consuming and a largely manual task altogether.

Awesome experience with AutoCAD Architecture
I have a positive experience with AutoCAD Architecture in a nutshell. With my experience so far, I would recommend it to anyone needing for construction designing.
Vorteile
It is very easy to use and set up, with a lot of drawing tools and customizations. 2D planning can be done in a short time. Rendering 3D takes some times but yet a great tool to make changes as per our needs.
Nachteile
The latest version needs higher hardware capabilities especially in case of rendering. It would be a great help if the system requirements could be lowered keeping the same functionalities.

Auto-CAD is a professional software for engineering designs for various buildings
It helped me to accomplish the required engineering drawings quickly and accurately, which impressed my teacher, I always use it in my drawings but sometimes the program automatically stops before I save the work
Vorteile
Easy to use and easy to modify. Resolution - For example, head-to-head lines cannot be manually linked to the desired resolution. Easy repetition and addition. Producing 2D and 3D graphics with ease, the software allows us to zoom in, making it easier to see the finer details on a larger scale. Models can be modeled, placed and saved in a private library. It has a property that allows modification of several formats by one command, meaning that if one part is released all other related parts are automatically released. The Layers option allows us to hide or show some specific details of a complex and complex object to become clearer and easier to understand. BOM or BOQ can be produced accurately. Bullion features allow for several adjustments in the 3D drawing.
Nachteile
The program is a computer-aided drawing program, so there is a problem for architects, there are no special tools to help design. Registration is expensive and requires recurring annual fees. Continuous updating of hardware and software is required. Data storage is a very sensitive process and data can be lost in the event of a malfunction.
To overcome this potential catastrophe, experts suggest a “data mirroring” process in which data is stored on hard drives in multiple locations and involves significant capital allocation.

AutoCAD review
I have been using AutoCAD from my past 5 years of institute life and still I am using with the request of some clients. It is one of my favourites.
Vorteile
I enjoy this software as a Quantity Surveyor this is the foundation of learning major architectural software. I really like because it is very simple to take-off quantities to excel sheets using tools - ‘’Polyline’’ to get perimeter and for Areas we can use ‘’Rectangular’’/’’circle’’. I have done so many projects (Local & Foreign) drawings using this software.
Nachteile
Actually, there is nothing-big issue with this software, but as a quantity surveyor’s point of view, now there are some latest software like ‘’Bluebeam’’ so we can use pdfs to take off. However, in AutoCAD we need the ''dwg'' formats. Nowadays people use pdfs it is very easy to view & handle and we can get automatically mark-ups for our areas.

Designing without Autocad is Impossible!
Autocad is ideal for both big and small projects weither in a team or solo. It has all the tools necessary to design both in 2D and create a 3D Model making it crucial in handling projects from start to finish.
Vorteile
Autocad is the most convenient, easy to use, one stop software for drafting, designing and detailing your Architectural drawings. It is workflow efficient that alows you to easily edit, replicate and import works from previous designs and customize your projects to fit any requirements. Best of all, it allows you to publish with ease to what ever scale you require. And Its not CPU or Ram intensive so you can use it without buying an expensive high performance PC. Overall, its a designer's best toolkit.
Nachteile
Over the years, they tried to merge the 2D and 3D functionality together resulting in Bulky software that causes a huge lag on systems. It also had compatibility issues with old designs you had from previous software releases. And lastly, there were bugs when it came to importing fonts and measurement scales that were implemented by other designers when working in group works, but now it is great to see these problems resolved.

AutoCAD A Great Tool
its a great tool, It will increase or improve your productivity and even quality of work with time. It adds a whole new level to your presentation drawings.
Vorteile
As an Architect it helps me design more Complex structures which includes lots of detailing in it and it is very easy to use if you have basic understanding of software. Presenting basic floor plans and elevation and other details are very easy on this software. Changes in drawings can be done very easily which is very useful when client ask for sudden changes in the drawing.
Nachteile
Using 3D is sometimes very confusing, It gets very complicated most of the time which is very exhausting sometimes and needs a very high specs of PC. For starter it can be little difficult to get familiar with all the functions

It has extensive editing capabilities, which make it possible to digitally draw building plans or recreate 3D images.
It is easy to use, the interaction with the user is very clear, you save more time than working on paper, you import and export files of all kinds.

You can reflect very few disadvantages on this product one is that its cost is very high and if you are new using the product requires time to learn it fully since it contains many functions, but the rest is a great product facilitates the work of many engineers .

What i know about AutoCAD Architecture

Nachteile
Toward the starting it is very challenging to learn, it is without a doubt not a product that anybody can learn in a brief time frame. From the other hand this can be viewed as an advantage, as you will have around just individuals with experienced and high information on the field.

Its easy to use and hasn't changed much through out the versions. You can export to Revit/ Sketchup/ wtc. which makes it easier for use the program between trades and consultants. I really liked the use of tools for architectural designs. You can create anything to exact specifications with ease. Thumbs up to this wonderful product.

It is really expensive and The processing speed needs to be improved. It takes a while to get used to all tools and services at your disposal but once you have fully understand the tool then it become easier day by day

Crazy amount of features!
I use it frequently for some projects at work, but as an urban designer, AutoCAD is not my main software that I use. But it's a great supplement to some of the tasks I need to get done.
Vorteile
It seems like the features for helping create designs are endless and so well though out by the developers of the software. For every thing that I need to do, there seems to be a tool that helps me achieve that task with ease.
Nachteile
Somewhat of a learning curve if someone is completely new to the world of architecture, but I was exposed to this software through a learning institution and therefore have grasped using it at my current job with not to much difficulty.

The assets (furntiture, appliances, etc) were very easy to use, and saved a lot of time rather than having to make them yourself.
Nachteile
Seemed to be very taxing on my computer. It was an older desktop though, so it wasn't the most powerful.

Very easy to use, CAD is a powerful tool for drafting professional and designers like me.

i feel like the program its very intuitive for CAD users and gives you the ability to do 3D renderings of the projects.

I dont like the autosave doesnot work and when the program crashes I lose my work. Sometimes I tend to forget to save the work and the autosave its not there for me.

This license is really expensive, but this software is so rewarding that it is worth it, it has been extremely benefitial for our company.

Autocad architecture is a must have for any engineering or architecture business. It's user interface is really easy to use such as autocad, and producing high quality content comes with almost no type of issues.
Nachteile
Be prepared to pay a lot of money for this software. Also you need a good graphics card for you to get the most out of autocad architecture.

This will always be the go to software for 2D drawings. I just love the software, Always useful
It benefited me to create my own 2D drawings as well as some 3D drawings
Vorteile
The UI is exceptional. Its so easy to find the required tools to create all 2D designs. There are no hidden sub menus thus doesnt make the experience hard.
Nachteile
The least favorable feature in this software would be the rendering quality. If certain improvements are made in this aspect, it would be a flawless software

If you are a keyboard expert, the program it self makes it easier to move around with any keypress, making the working become finished faster, giving more time to revise.
Nachteile
The mathematical view of the entire program can be a bit tricky. If calculations are needed to be made, a non mathmetician can get lost or create an incorrect blueprint.
