Great customer support - Awesome UX - huge potential on the second and third layer
Vorteile
• friendly and empathic support stuff - instant feedback
• great PMO Tool via Asana
• sales and implementation team was great (sales sold tools not really available tho)
Nachteile
• some tools and perks are too stiff and should be customizable (e.g. auto-text, candidate pictures, sequence of job postings)
• the reporting dashboard should have a individual configuration option as well

Candidate Focused
I've always felt Lever is willing to offer a very high level of support and are open to suggestions.
They works through everything with you and are constantly updating the system and adding new features.
Vorteile
Extremely easy to learn, maintain and configure from a UX standpoint. Even users with low systems experience can pick it up quickly.
Candidate focused, everything you do is focused on the candidate experience and you interacting with them. This is an exciting move away from req focused ATS systems.
Nachteile
Reporting is not very customizable.
Offer letter setup is tedious and difficult to make changes with ease.

Good For Internal Job Listings
Great experience. Lever was a part of my internal promotion process.
Vorteile
Very straightforward UI with what appears to be plenty of customizability.
Nachteile
I did not integrate this product for my company so I have not experienced any cons.

Easy to use, but pricing is not very transparent
Vorteile
It’s easy to use, has some great native ats features, such as resume parsing.
Nachteile
Reports could be way better. Pricing is not transparent and your renewals will be painful.

I use this to refer people to my company. I also use this to apply within my company.
Vorteile
It is very simple to use. We use this at work for referrals to our company.

It's an ATS, and has most of the features you'd expect
Vorteile
Fairly feature complete and then some, with features like sending templated emails, interview scheduling, feedback, and metrics about hiring pipeline. Definitely a more modern version compared to other platforms out there, but this is a hard space to really shine.
Nachteile
There are definitely some quirks that are being ironed out as time goes on (for example, very coarse permissions being replaced by finer grain ones) and there is a decent amount of upfront setup in order to derive value -- but that's true with competitors as well.

Easy and efficient.
Vorteile
Lever has helped significantly to streamline our applicant review, interview, and hiring processes. The UI and pipelines are intuitive. The reporting is extensive and easy to read.
Nachteile
We would like to see more customization options on the frontend. A calendar where users can schedule interviews would also be great. I believe this feature is in the works.

The best ATS of my career!
I love Lever and I have worked with it for over 4 years and 3 companies; I've seen it go from strength to strength.

Nachteile
Very little, to be honest, the system really does have few flaws... but my main gripe:

Vorteile
Once you really stare at it a bit, it's very easy to use. I would compare it to being the Apple of ATS.
Nachteile
It's still in progress. There are some things that don't immediately make sense when using it. Sometimes I wonder if it's too simple? I do like that Lever is actively working on adding new features.

User Friendly
Vorteile
Lever is easy to use when searching for both internal and external postings. It is very organized and I wish all companies used it due to its ease of use.

I liked everything about Lever. It is like no other software I have used in the past.

Lever ... the best ATS available
I have 17 years recruiting experience and have founded two recruiting firms, consulted for 5 startups in building the recruiting function, and now manage a talent acquisition team for a startup within a Fortune 30 company. I have used most of the major (and some unknown) Applicant Track Systems (Bullhorn, Jobvite, Maxhire, PCRecruiter, SmartRecruiters, to name a few) and none of them help move the pipeline and surface old candidates as well as Lever. Excellent product!
Vorteile
The ease of use if off the charts. The pipeline-centric UI makes the product very usable with little or no training.
Nachteile
The user permissions are a bit more complex than they need to be. The job posting service is decent, but could be improved to bring more traffic.

Useful, but not interactive
I don't use it often, but I do like to use it to monitor status as well as send referral options to my contacts.
Vorteile
I love the ability to share links & custom tracking for referrals so that our team can be in tune with where applicants are coming from.
Nachteile
The mobile site is really limited -I always have to go back to the main page to view the desktop version.

Vorteile
Name your tags - it's so easy to categorize one or many candidates, making finding them again a breeze!
Nachteile
That I can not redact information from resumes, so as to remove unconscious bias from reviewers.....

Lever Review
Overall, it’s a great product. I’ve used a lot of ATS systems and Lever is by far the best.
Vorteile
The interface makes it easy to take notes while doing an interview and provides all the relevant information (Resume, LinkedIn, previous notes) in an easy to access way.
Nachteile
Keeping track of multiple interviewee’s as an interviewer can get confusing because there are a couple of different pages that I’m viewing the in process candidates and who I’m interviewing and past interviews.

Vorteile
Easy to use; mostly fairly intuitive and have definitely seen some improvements to the overall product over the last few years
Nachteile
Reporting is tricky and could definitely be more intuitive. Also difficult to bulk archive candidates as candidates may have applied for more than one role (so have to do those individually).

BEST ATS system I've ever used!
Vorteile
It's ease of use, the integration with Zenefits, DocuSign, Google calendar and many other things. The customer support is awesome and responds quickly and always follows up. I can customized my workflow with regard to recruiting.
Nachteile
Nothing that I can think of. Overall, it's just an AWESOME product!
