This is an outstanding package of software-as-service!

I am a solo real estate attorney. TimeSolv includes exactly everything that I need in a billing system. It also excludes features that I don't need in my practice (like court docketing, etc.).
It is so easy, even a lawyer can use it.
Plus, whenever I have a question, help is there by text chat or phone, with people who know everything about TimeSolv. This is especially helpful when I want to use TimeSolv to record information that is a little "outside the box" (like non-billable firm admin expenses).
I strongly recommend TimeSolv .

Reasonably priced time keeping software

I have used Timesolv for several years. It is significantly less expensive than its competitors and for the most part provides all that I need as an attorney. Customer service is first rate--I have even had responses to weekend queries.

The interface is not user friendly. Finding information is sometimes difficult and the index or table of contents is of limited value. It does not use enough variations on terms. One can always call and get a prompt, spot on answer, but the interface could be better.

I love TimeSolv. It is very simple to use, user-friendly, and highly efficient. I especially love all the shortcuts it has in place to save me time when inputting lots of billable time. The invoices are easy to generate and/or edit. Best of all, anytime I am stuck or not sure how to do something, their customer support is just a call away. Never have to wait and I get all my answers immediately from a live representative. I have already recommended it to many colleagues and will continue to do so.

We've been customers for 12+ years!

When I started my law firm in 2003, I needed a state-of-the-art cloud-based billing software to support our practice. As we've grown over the years, we needed a platform to support our growth and TimeSolv has been there every step of the way.

With over 1000 clients and dozens of timekeepers, we remain huge fans of TimeSolv and regularly recommend it. They have "kept up" with the changing needs of our practice and our profession. And are continuing to improve their product.

Easy to learn how to use and great customer service support when help is required

Been using the software for 10 months and very pleased. Much easier than our previous billing software. I like the ease of undoing an entry if necessary and ability to retrieve invoices billed. Customer service has always been helpful when I have a question. We are a small law office of three attorneys and only one support staff. All the attorneys are able to use the software and like the fact it is not complicated. A very good product for any law office, so glad we switched.

Outstanding!

We have used Timesolv for over 10 years. It has great functionality. Allows multiple matters to be created for a single client and provides menus to select matter as well as tasks performed. We use the records to print out time reports each month and we send them to our clients. This is not only simple to do but, more importantly gives the client comfort as to our time keeping and charges. Our invoices are never challenged! Highly recommend this Internet based service.

We changed from Tussman to TimeSolv and I prefer the new application. It was easy to learn...

Time entries are very very easy and I appreciate the summary that is available on the same screen so I may double check to make sure I have all of my time entered and correctly written and with the correct billing rate. It is awesome that I can enter in my billing rate which changes when I work or fill in for different attorneys.
The only application that I haven't figured out is quickly reviewing the entire billing history for clients, if needed on a daily basis.

I was able to pick up software easily

I am new to a law firm and new to this software, but was able to pick it up easily. I enjoy all the features and customization options. It really makes it easy to be able to meet client needs, whatever they may be.

RimeSolv Legal Billing Review

I recently changed billing software to TimeSolv and find it extremely easy to navigate through the system. Learning the program did not require extensive training sessions and I find it easy to figure things out on my own. I find the billing reports simple and easy for client's to read and they are quick to prepare. Having been through 4 different types of legal billing systems I can say by far this is the best one I have used in the last 18 years.

Versatile, Easy to Understand, Reliable

We've loved working with TimeSolv to help build out our billing and compensation infrastructure. They're extremely responsive and willing to help guide us through features, and even build in features that we request and they think will add value to their user base.

TimeSolv is an optimal solution for our needs. The system is fast and we have experienced next to no system outages. The ability to enter time and generate bills on-the-go is essential for our practice and TimeSolv meets our expectations in this regard. Customer service is always available by phone and has always resolved any questions or issues in one call. We would recommend TimeSolv to any firm.

Great billing software!!

Have been using this billing system since 2012. Have had a few issues mostly with the Ledes format needed for some of my clients but customer service was helpful. The only con I can think of is that I cannot create a draft bill for a specific matter without generating draft bills for all the matters of that specific client. This can be frustrating. Overall is a good billing software.

Easy-to-use billing software perfect for both small and large firms alike

I own a small legal consulting company and I was one of the early users of TimeSolv. From the beginning, I have had the most amazing customer experience with them. Very helpful and always responsive. They have also listened to my feedback and incorporated improvements to the software as the company grew. The product has been perfect to meet my needs!

longtime user - very satisfied

I have used timesolv for 15 years (I was a Beta tester for the initial version). It is very flexible, easy to use, affordable and provides features that are typically only available in more expensive products. I find its "reports" features especially useful because they allow me to track how my firm is doing throughout the year.

Exemplary Product and Service

I could not run this law office so efficiently without Timesolv. Nicole Smith has been my (Tech Coach) :) and has done an outstanding job. She helped me .... NO held my hand when it was only me switching our Houston office from Sage to Timesolv.

Best I've Found

I have been with TimeSolv for over 10 years. I spent much time looking for an invoicing solution for my tech consulting biz and TimeSolv best had the features I was looking for and at a great price. They have great customer service and I continue to support TimeSolv despite many competitors appearing over the years.

Perfect for Brand-New Sole Practitioner

I signed up for TimeSolv at the recommendation of another attorney when I launched my new solo legal practice. I was quickly able to grasp how to use the system. Whenever I've had a question, I immediately had access to helpful customer service reps who solved my issues. Great system for solos!

TimeSolv has been very beneficial

Overall experience & ease of use has been very good. As I only use the system for time entries & don't use TimeSolv's full capacity, I don't feel I can rate it with 5 stars. I have ever needed to call Customer Service, but I'm certain when I do it would get 5 stars.

User friendly so far

I've only used TimeSolv a few times. However, I do like the Expense feature. I came from a law firm setting to a PR agency setting and we utilize expense expenditures. Even though the law firm I came from had a time billing system, it didn't have an expense feature.

Easy to Use Software

This product is easy to use. I would like to see the time and expenses in one location. Switching from one to the other and having to add the c/m numbers becomes time consuming. But overall the product is a good one. East to run reports, too.

Generally excellent experience

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I've never experienced any glitches or errors. Overall I've had a positive experience working with TimeSolv and I've been able to keep track of all of my work.

TimeSolv is Great!

I have found that TimeSolv is easy to use and maintain my billable hours. With it being web based I can enter time from home or the office. I have yet to miss a billing deadline and for that I'm grateful.

I have been using it for years - I give it a 4 -5 out of five ('ease of use' should be 4...

It is easy to cut and paste my information, select the categories, check my totals and cross check my hours per category. Small upgrades and changes over the years has made it even better to use.

Easy, Effective, Flexible, Professional

We have used TimeSolv for our billing for over 10 years. It is easy to use, there are many analytics that are very helpful, and the invoices are highly flexible and look extremely professional.

Terrific, user-friendly billing software

Easy and efficient time entry experience. The hourglass feature is nice, as is the ability to copy a previous entry. I also like the ease of being able to edit, and the report running features.

Great training

TimeSolv has great training. Was able to go thru training with them over the phone and internet. I liked that throughout the training I was able to stop him and ask questions.

User Friendly

I have found TimeSolv to be very user friendly, which is a necessity in my practice. I especially like the mobile app which makes missed billing entries a thing of the past.

Good Service

My experience with the software has been great so far, I have no complaints. It's fast, easy to use and provides our company with a time tracking system better than most.

Pretty darn good!

Pros: easy to use all the way around & customer service is responsive
Con: sometimes have any issue because using Apple computer but I.T. able to provide a work-around

I strated a new law firm and chose Timesolv for my time/billg software.

The software is very intuitive and it is also very forgiving when you make a mistake. The inter face with QuickBooks makes the accounting much easier for my bookkeeper.

Great program and time saver

This program allows me to keep track of my billing in an efficient and organized manner. It is a great time saver and a great way of keeping track of your billables.

I really haven't come across any cons, but the pro's are amazing. TimeSolv is user friendly and outstanding! I absolutely the reports it complies within seconds.

I've used TimeSolv for about 6 months to track matter billing

Easy to set up clients and matters. Easy to generate bills. I little clunky when you have multiple users generating bills and accessing at the same time.

It's a good time keeping software and is easy to use.

Cons - I wish the Global Rates Tab and Edit Rates Tab was out in the open instead of having to go into the Times tab to find it. Create a Rates Tab.
