Fairly user friendly. The online access for employees is great. Easy way to print W2 form. Is a secure product.

If the reconciliation does not work, you have to spend time figuring out why. Employees could not change tax withholding on the site and had to do thru HR.

Though it's been quite a while, the program was really easy to manage.

Paychex is what it is. I was only able to use it to input work hours and or vacation time.

Use it to expand your business as it provides the best solution for any arising problem.Our payroll is now made easy and more simplified.Its a very easy to use software which doesn't take a lot of time to implement.Through paychex Flex system everything is under control.

The app is user friendly. There is a face recognition button on the app to use- I forget my passwords, and this is a nice feature.

I have to be honest with my review- I do not know if this is Paycheck or my employer on how they set things up. I do not see what I make an hour; I believe paychex has is set up for a dollar amount each pay week, and it is a salary pay, I do not think they can do it a different way. It is sort of strange. it was very difficult to change my personal information that my employer had entered in wrong, not all my paystubs are available to view.

I love that everything I need in Paychex is conveniently right at my fingertips. The dashboard is super convenient.

I feel like with there being SO many features of the system, there might be some room for improvements on the ease of navigation side. I also do not like how the break & lunch punches are so close together, which causes me to sometimes hit the wrong button when coming or going. Also, sometimes when I punch out and try to approve my time for the day, it can take 5 minutes or more for my final punch to update. When I am off the clock I just want to be able to approve my time and go about my day, so this can be frustrating.

From either the employer's or employee's perspective, the website couldn't be simpler to use. Filters and stored views make it easy to customize your payroll experience based on your current needs.

Over the years, I've seen a few different specialists. Obviously, not everyone has the same potential. When my allocated person hasn't been able to help me, I've found that the online chat staff is quite responsive and helpful.

Paychex has an easy to view dashboard with customizable tiles and which allows you to tailor your experience based on your company. Time and Attendance flows easily and payroll is a breeze. The employee database makes it easy to reference start dates, end dates, pay changes and update banking on the spot. Their database of reporting makes it easy to pull report and customize based on our organization.

Nachteile

While we do have dedicated support on the account admin side these staff seem to change, so consistency with account managers can be a challenge at times. However, when we do work with them they are attentive and helpful in solving our issues.

Uso Paypech Flex ormai da un po' e devo dire che mi ha davvero semplificato la vita. Grazie a questo servizio di PayPal posso fare acquisti online senza dover pagare tutto subito. Basta scegliere l'opzione di pagamento dilazionato al momento del checkout e il costo viene suddiviso in comode rate, spesso senza interessi.
Quello che apprezzo di più è la facilità con cui si può usare: è integrato direttamente nel mio account PayPal, quindi non devo fare richieste complicate o passare da altre piattaforme. È perfetto quando voglio prendermi qualcosa di un po’ più costoso senza sentirmi troppo in colpa.

L'unico difetto? Non tutti i negozi lo supportano ancora, quindi a volte non posso usarlo per tutto quello che vorrei. Ma, per il resto, Paypech Flex è diventato il mio modo preferito di gestire i pagamenti online.

The customer support team really gave me an overwhelming experience. The assistance they gave at a time I was almost giving up on setting up the software was so satisfying. Ever since they assisted me, Paycheck Flex has been an easy to use software. Extremely helpful in payment management. It provides a great overview of my work and helps in creating a wonderful work environment.

We have been with Paychex for over 10 years. We started in 2012. They have been a great company to work with, easy to deal with any questions, stress free at year end!

I was hesitant of the charges, but the service is totally worth what we pay. We have had multiple offers to change companies over the years, but I am not willing to lose what we can count on to try something new, even though they promise they will have the same service. I have had excellent service every year.....why would I want to change?

I do feel the site is very easy to use. Like any site, you have to get used to the flow, but the way Paychex Flex is set up, it makes it easy for any user.

As an administrator, when going into Payroll Center, I wish the "old" payroll cycles would be taken out so I do not have to search out for the current payroll that I am working on. Sometimes it is 4 or 5 rows down, and I am always afraid I am going to accidentally click on one of the old payroll cycles and mess something up.
As an employee, if a punch is missed, I should be able to continue on with my punches and let my administrator fix the incorrect punch. For example, if I missed clocking out on Monday night, I should still be able to clock in on Tuesday morning. Currently the system does not allow this.

1 - Revolving door of our service representative.
2 - Non-integrated platforms so emails have to be sent to various departments and emails to get addressed. There should be a single, cohesive platform so changes are made throughout all applications.
3 - Inability to get various state tax account POA's to be effective. POA emails are lost, not processed and more resulting in penalties, late or no state filings
