It's very stable and complete, although it's a little complex to use at first, but that's related to the complexity of the different functionalities

It's a cost-effective solution for designing a training program for employees.

It's convenient to create and organize course materials for training employees. The course-building process is flexible in which I can use flipped classrooms, self-paced learning, or blended learning.

As a student...
I think it's something teachers love for practicality and time, but honestly I miss paper and pens to be in touch with the real world.
Vorteile
I use moodle since covid, the favorite platform of the universities, at the beginning I found it complicated to use and manage, so it took me time to adapt to the system. Having to remember to log in to put attendance or delivery times stressed me a lot, but I got over it with time and accepted my destiny.
Nachteile
I don't like that it only sends me notifications when it wants to and not what you ask it to ask for. I find it complicated to find my final grades, I am never clear about my score. On the other hand I hate that I don't have a lot of tolerance time to enter and that in a short time I leave the session.

Moodle is a solution for educators
I took a teaching job at a college 4 months ago. I did not have any previous experience of using Moodle. I was surprised how easy it was to use the platform. I use it for course management, interection with students, evaluation and monitoring.
Vorteile
It is user-friendly and it is easy to navigate. I like its design too.

My least favorite part about Moodle is that it has a crowded interface.

Easy course management and assignment tracking

I like that I was able to manage each of my courses effectively and efficiently while keeping track of assignment, exam, and essay dates.

The software felt a bit out of date, and I experienced some difficulty importing files to Moodle and then viewing them through it.

Great Learning Platform
In general, I have been using Moodle for a while and I'm pretty satisfied. It's simple and easy to use, there are often updates on the features, what make me comfortable and confident on using the platform.

Moodle the managing software for your study
Overall experience is good. I can access my study notes since first year to last year.
Vorteile
Moodle provide the no. of features like test assessment, project assessment, assignment assessment, study material, progress reviews of students, etc. Moodle can save our assignment since we using it actively in college days upto so long till we having it's authority. It's virtual platform for having number of references, textbooks, video lectures, notes regarding our opted courses in one platform. I think that makes it unique.
Nachteile
I didn't like it that if number of users of particular University or college are using it the software become unable to use. During exam times it oftenly happens.

A powerful, yet old tool
Moodle is a powerful tool. A good and unexpensive alternative. But even if you choose a modern theme it will feel old and ugly.
Vorteile
Most powerful LMS in the market. No other tool has such a wide set of tools and customization options.
Nachteile
Short answer: hard to use and the interface is horrible
Long answer:
- For the students: the interface is not user friendly at all. Messy, full of buttons and unnecessary information. The onboarding is tough for many.
- For the teachers: it is hard to grasp all the basic functions and upload resources. There are few tools to make batch changes. Maintenance is a pain.
- For IT: hard to deploy. It is the WP version of the LMS world, but tougher.

This app mostly off the time doesn't show the data for which it is made, nothing works properly, even my college calendar doesn't work properly.

Moodle is a good choice for teachers and students
Mostly positive, I appreciate the simplicity.

Ease of use. This is the first time I’ve taken an online class, and Moodle was very simple to use.

The User Interface is a little bland, and has a lack of customization. A Night mode would be a good touch.

J'étais ingénieure pédagogique, 'utilisais Moodle quotidiennement pour accompagner les enseignants dans leur pratique : cours en ligne, création d'activités, création d'examen, téléchargement de rapports de suivis,...

Moodle est un puisant LMS avec lequel il est possible de réaliser énormément d'activités pour peu de savoir comment l'utiliser et de ne pas voir peur de chercher. Moodle a une grande communauté universitaire à travers le monde et son forum est régulièrement alimenté d'astuces.
Nachteile
Moodle est très difficile de prise en main et l'UX Design n'est vraiment pas appréciable. Il est puissant mais peu esthétique et peu ergonomique.

I have had a very good experience with the platform, it is excellent, I like the way the exams are assigned and the different forms of qualification that it offers us.

It is an excellent platform, it is very easy to manage and administer the resources from it, students find it very easy to use and the resources are always available

The platform is really very complete, but if you could add something it would be a way to hold virtual conferences directly with another app or for it to include it as other providers do.

Program works as expected, clean easy to navigate UI
Moodle is an easy to use tool and does a good job to ensure that I myself am up to date on my training, as well as allowing me to keep track on the training of our students.

User interface is fairly easy to navigate, all the information is easily accessed through drop down menus.
Nachteile
some of the tracking seemed flawed, it would say something is completed just after clicking it. this may have been an issue with how my organization had set things up though.

The best learning platform
I used Moodle at school and at University. Great experience for both students and teachers. Each update made the platform even better.

Moodle is great for Universities and schools and has lots of features for both students and teachers to make their journey on this platform a dream.
Nachteile
Sometimes it's very hard or even impossible to add new courses as a student user. Maybe a bit of UX improvements for this would be great.

It is very easy to use. Anyone with basic computer skills should be able to login and figure out where things are and how to use them with little to no training required.

Some of the features could use some improvement, like the dashboard. It does not have a link to student email.

Vorteile
Moodle is great for a company/organization looking for complete control and customization. We serve kids, so this is a great plus for us. I love the available integrations and the clean look of the interface.
Nachteile
As I mentioned in the pros, Moodle LMS is very customizable. However, because there are so many customization options it can be overwhelming for a company that doesn't need a lot of features. I also recommend choosing Moodle LMS if you have a tech person on your team as coding is involved in setting things up.

Es mejorable, yo considero que debería crear mantenimiento correctivas ya que puede tener muchas trabas.
