A worthwhile upgrade for asset storage
The overall experience has been wonderful. The onboarding team was really great and helped problem solve and set up a new and effective system.
Vorteile
It's hard for me to even pick! We are coming from a very limited system, so the tagging and search capabilities have been a huge time save for my team. I also love the ability to have photos in multiple albums, the upload links are great, and the system is really easy to navigate.
Nachteile
The portals landing pages are a little limited in design capabilities, but nothing that would make me not want to use the system.

Canto Review
Overall Canto is a great product. The portals make it easy to share photos with certain audiences while controlling the content.
Vorteile
We love that this software implements facial recognition. This is very important for our usage as we need to be able to just type someone's name and get all their results for marketing purposes.
Nachteile
Why can't I right click - such an easy thing to implement ...

So easy to use and worthwile
Vorteile
We used Canto as a trial Digital Asset Management system for a few months. It was really easy to use and user friendly. I used it in collaboration with our video and social media team to streamline the work of our deliveries within the organization. Once the video or photographers would upload the assets, we would immediately have them available for us to use as design elements for our work. The keyword and tags were especially useful when we were trying to find specific assets for certain jobs. I also loved the suggestions on the tagging as that can become tedious when entering data. I especially liked the version control as that is something all designers struggle with when working with clients. The link sharing was great to share with our news team and other clients as we prepared assets for certain projects.
Nachteile
Not so many things to complain about. It was mostly user side when photographers didn't use the correct meta tag to tag photos

Canto changed the way we do business
Canto has allowed us a much greater connection to our external requestors. It's created a visual library that's so much easier to use than the piecemeal solutions we were using previously.
Vorteile
The product is scalable, nimble, and highly intuitive. On the rare occasions that we've required support, both the automated responses and the live operators have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.
Nachteile
Adding portals eats into your storage allotment. Portals are a great way to divide up different users, but the way Canto decides what counts against your storage count is challenging.

Ease of access
Vorteile
Implementing Canto to the world of university academia was a breeze. The system is made with the end-user in mind so it is very accessible and easily understood. Whether it is uploading and filing research data or sorting out photo albums Canto guides you to making things work systematically.
Nachteile
Improvements would regard a small scale linguistic country which has letters that are difficult to pick up when the automatic text is gathered from a document.

Flight is a super creative asset management system and at a great price.
We have saved tremendous amounts of time organizing, finding, and sharing our creative content. It has been a game-changer for us.
Vorteile
The tagging, sorting, organizing, searching, and sharing options with Flight are intuitive, robust, and also simple. There are a lot of complicated products on the market, but this one feels like it was designed with creative teams in mind, not to be overly technical.

Good product
Generally great program and very helpful in presenting digital promotional materials to clients offsite.
Vorteile
Convenience, good digital asset management system, secure and great could storage system.
Nachteile
If it can be made easy to use for less skillful computer users. Slow and challenging when internet speed drops. Tends to be less effective when used alongside other MS Teams or Zoom.
