Always been just so wonderful and always exceeded my expectations

It's so easy and simple to keep record and track of the company's finances and makes an accounts payable for the company.

Overall happy just wish it had a few more features
Vorteile
QB Online is very easy to use and figure out, the banking integrations are great and make reconciling a breeze. The mobile app is also very good. Reconciling can be done on iPad and is simple and intuitive. I also like that it integrates with a lot of other products.
Nachteile
I just wish it had more robust features for wholesalers and manufacturers. QB online does not support multiple price tiers or products that require a BOM. The Inventory management portion of the software is very basic and leaves a lot to be desired. I have used Xero as well and feel that Xero has a much more robust inventory management and pricing features but Quickbooks is better in all other aspects.

Vital for small business book keeping
Vorteile
The ease of use and abundance of features stands out among similar projects. Implementation is also very easy. Automation of transactions and bank reconciliation dramatically increase efficiency for small and medium sized outfits. Bill pay and tracking keeps things organized and paid on time. Built in reporting is crucial for presenting budgets, income, expense, and tax analysis.

I have not experienced anything that I disliked about QuickBooks. My clients have all been very satisfied with it's performance and functionality.

Quickbooks is good for the everday person.
Overall, I enjoy using Quickbooks. Customer service is typically useful and I would recommend it to others.

I like quick-books, because it allows for ease of use for the everyday user, it also allows for more experienced users (accounting knowledge) to be able to perform more sophisticated tasks fairly easy as well.

The software can be pricey for individual use and small business.

High quality
My overall experience has been a life savor. I'm sure there are other accounting software's out there that will offer the same features, but since I began my career with Quickbooks, it feels comfortable to me. I wouldn't want to move to another product.
Vorteile
Some of the best features of Quickbooks for me is the ability to shoot off invoices directly from the software itself. I have to invoice ~100 customers / month, and having the ability to send it from the software is a huge time savor for my business!
Nachteile
There isn't anything that I dislike about the software. Quickbooks is such a powerful tool, and with proper tutelage, anyone can operate their business to the fullest.

Quick Review for QuickBooks
Very positive. I would recommend it to anyone that is operating a business or, in my case, just trying to operate a house.
Vorteile
As a person that manages my family's in going and outgoing expenses, I like just how easy QuickBooks is to operate. I am an English teacher by trade so, in short, doing anything related to mathematics is a bit of a stretch to me. QuickBooks walked me through how to create and manage a budget; something that my own family couldn't do.

It does take a minute to set up and get going but, to be fair, I think that any program that does what QuickBooks does is going to take a while to get booted up.

I use Quickbooks to run a small business. When I have issues support is available to quickly solve problems.

Quickbooks is easy enough to use for light bookkeeping to in-depth bookkeeping. The interface is circular and components are tied together in a logical manner. It can be connect to taxation agencies and bank accounts, removing some of the room for human error.

User-friendly, reliable and enables us to share information with our accountant
Billing by time can be complicated. I was using Access to track time by project before finding Quickbooks Pro. I've never looked back!
Vorteile
We use this for our consulting business. I love that our accountant can review our information without asking for a bunch of reports. I've been using the product for almost 20 years. It enables us to easily and accurately invoice by the time employees work on each project. Since information flows directly from the timesheets to the invoices, it is easy to double check for accuracy.
Nachteile
There is a bit of a learning curve. Since there are so many features, some of the processes aren't exactly intuitive until you have had some experience with the software.

A great way to keep track of any financial statements
Vorteile
Financial management is a great feature of QuickBooks. The many features they offer for financial tracking make this the best choice for any money-related management, both personal or for work. Billing and invoicing creates a great and organized way of putting every statement visible. The bank reconciliation process is amazing which we highly encourage our clients to use for better financial management.

The online version of the software does not work as well as full version, files get corrupted sometimes when working with the online version.

It's a well known and we'll integrated software. It meets the accounting needs of most small to medium size businesses.

Multiple access points between computer, tablet, and phone. It is has simple functions as well as complex to meet a businesses accounting needs.

It's written and designed for accountants. While learning to navigate has been simplified over the last 20 years, the software is still created to be hard but accountants/bookkeepers and not intuitively through a sales model.

Accounting software that does everything you need to manage your business

Helps us handle our payroll, AP / AR / GL all in one application. We run from a local install, but this software has the ability to be cloud hosted.
Nachteile
There is a small learning curve with this software, so be prepared to get some training or have someone spend a little time with you to teach you how to navigate the software.

Couldn't do business without it
Our annual audit is much easier because we use quickbooks. We set up an accountant access and this speeds up the audit as well.
Vorteile
Once the setup is cone, daily tasks are easy and fast. The reporting is very good. This includes the standard report as well as the ad hoc reporting feature.
Nachteile
Not surprisingly, the setup was time-consuming. The learning curve was also steep. Quicken does offer tutorials, which helped somewhat.

Quickbooks works well for financials
Overall we feel like Quickbooks does a great job for the end users and they are able to do their functions easily.

The software is quite useful for getting payroll done for the county offices and making sure their books balance on a weekly basis.

Quickbooks does seem to be a little hungry for resources and requires a local connection versus across a WAN. We had a lot of issues until we brought them local.

Accounting for a non-accountant

It made it so I didn't need an accountant to run our small business and allowed me to pay our employees and take out taxes. It also kept all of our finances organized and in once spot.

It was a little tricky to get everything set up, but once set up it worked fine. Also, it does so much that it can be very confusing to navigate and find what you need.

I helped a friend setup QuickBooks for their small business. They love it and use it all the time, for all of their financial tracking.

Easy to use
Flexibility
Vorteile
QuickBooks software is very easy to use application to manage my small business. Entering data, doing reconciliation, debit and credit is trackable. I can also use up to 5 simultaneous users at the same time using a server based setup. It is cloud based application to it makes life more convenient, thus working anywhere is possible!
Nachteile
Technical support representatives are sometimes difficult to understand but they are able to help resolve my issues effectively and explain to me whats going on. They also educate the users by you have to purchase their technical support plan.

I really love the easy functionality of the software. I am able to understand what tools I need to find the answers I am looking for. The tutorials are very detailed and understandable and they also help me to use the features faster and more efficiently. I highly value the ease of use for this software and highly recommend it for business purposes.
Nachteile
As much as I love the software the menu items are kind of excessive, or perhaps too helpful. It would be nice if it was easier to add sub categories to the main categories so they will be easier to find. There aren't really too many cons to this software and it was difficult even coming up with the ones I included.

We are making it much easier to log...control...and reconcile our business expenses and spending by using this software. it has been a real pleasure to use Quickbooks in this way.

This software is exceptional and easy to use. In our business is it an integral part of our bookkeeping process. the system and features are very straightforward and the customer service team is helpful when there is an issue.
Nachteile
Sometimes the reconciliation process can be tedious and tough to navigate. I think that there should be more implementation of support training sessions thru the software overall that could be advantageous for our company and for Quickbooks too.

Great for a small Business
Accounting for the Small Business
Vorteile
This is software that is great for a small business to use for accounting purposes. I have several Lawyers office that use it. They are not on the newest version but it still is packed with features that accommodate a wide variety of situations and scenarios. The software is highly configurable and this enables it to work with a wide variety of people and circumstances.
Nachteile
The version we have is not very multi user friendly. it is meant to be run on one pc and one pc alone. So when we have a need for two people to be looking at the books at the same time it is impossible currently.

Nachteile
I wish the insertion of data into invoices would be a little more user friendly. I also wish that the banking aspect of things - showing our deposits, credit cards, etc - was not really a feature. I do not use QuickBooks for that process, just for our small business and keeping track of receipts and invoices and customers.

Excellent for Accounting
I am able to to my accounting reconciliation in record time

I use QuickBooks for accounting purposes and I find it to be very reliable and accurate. I absolutely love using it
Nachteile
What I don't like is the regular updates because it makes it difficult to relearn steps. it is also challenging to do inventory tracking

I have utilized QuickBooks in a variety of smaller businesses
The ease of use and the ability to quickly view the system set-up in its entirety is wonderful. My employer sends me on assignments to a variety of businesses with accounting issues and the easiest software to date is QuickBooks for the smaller businesses.
Vorteile
QuickBooks is very user friendly. Easy to set-up and start using right away. Reports are clear and easy to understand. Keeps accounting simple.
Nachteile
As an accountant, it can be a bit scary that previous period entries can be manipulated. It's nice for a small business to adjust, however the transactions should be permanent to the system and then have clear and concise adjustments, thus leaving a clean audit trail.

Big price for ease of use
Easy to use, simple dashboard - user friendly, but raising prices.
Vorteile
Quickbooks is very easy to use. There is easy access on both ends, font and back, and tracking certain purchases, pay, and expenses is pretty easy.
Nachteile
Even though it's easy and simple to use, it seems to take longer than other programs for money to process through the system and be available for use.

For the money, you cannot go wrong with this program. For a small business that has limited expenses and a direct income stream, it is the perfect source for keeping the bottom line in good health.
Nachteile
Other than getting emails and robo calls since implementing the software, there really is no real con for using this software.

Efficient and Easy
It's a classic program for business accounting needs. I know that most businesses that I have worked at or with use this program and that's saying something.
Vorteile
It's easy to learn, easy to use, the price is good especially for what you get.

There's a limit to the number of users. That has always made things a bit harder for my company.

Best tracking system
Vorteile
What I like about this software is that you can create, send and track invoices directly through this system. Mark invoices as paid and it is user friendly.
Nachteile
I would say perhaps cut down on clicks in order to get to a particular tab or section.

Just what i needed. I'm so glad I was introduced to it.
Vorteile
Straight to the point. Not hard to figure out. Step by step help. This software does what I need it to do. Simple to learn the basics. It has other features, but I haven't had the time to learn them.
Nachteile
customer service could be a bit better. There isn't really a compatible app to use for scheduling. this is almost an all inclusive system that I can create jobs, invoices and other stuff on... I just can't schedule jobs on it.
