Horrible for anything useful, OK for a very small business with limited needs

It does the job if your needs are veeeery veery basic. Like, you just need to keep a record of deliveries (but you're better off using Excel for record keeping than Tookan). This software is plain old horrible if you're anything bigger than a small business as it is absolutely not reliable and crashes almost all the time, one way or another. Something is always broken for some reason.

Vorteile

The dashboard, the agent app, and admin app is pretty straightforward. Has a lot of what a very small business might need, very very basic and limited features

Nachteile

Waaay too much down time. The app's down at least every week, which prevents my customers from making bookings = lost revenue.

You ask service to help out and they'll "get to it".

They say they have stripe integration? Fat lie, it's been upwards of a month and every time they close a ticket, it's barely fixed. I would be happy if it worked even at the bare minimum level, but they can't even do that. If you can't integrate with something, just don't lie, be honest, and say "No we cannot do it" like how Onfleet said they can't. Don't just write on your website that you have all these features and integrations as a way to draw customers in, it pisses off your customers.

The booking forms? Barely even works half the time.

Today, the map feature stopped working....THE MAP. The most basic thing. I was like okay fine I can at least input my customer's orders in manually, by myself, but I can't even do that when the address field can't recognize an address!!

Fraudulent. horrible customer services

Vorteile

It was generally a pretty site and app. It just didn't work for us and I never imagined one app would cause us so much trouble, hassle and cost.

Nachteile

When I originally contacted them with questions before I signed up, Support gave me a different explanation of services than what I found when I used them. They didn't offer a demo of some of the add-on services. We had a ton of problems with tracking job time. Logging in to the business account was such a hassle on mobile devices as we were logged out like every 5 minutes.

The app drained my team's battery so much that their phones died before they could really use it. The desktop version looks nice but the functionality was glitchy. We'd have to put in repeat orders. Edits to existing jobs that were made in the desktop version didn't appear correctly.

Customer service is horrible! I requested to my Account Manager to cancel my services. They insisted reaching out multiple times to upsell me but would not cancel my services despite my multiple requests and informing them that I did not want the service and they were not authorized to bill me, and there's no way to cancel the account online. I ended up having to report them.

I've received nothing but lies from Tookan App customer service as well as management

I was also interested in the resell option. I spoke with Gokul on the phone about it. He told me he would send me the stuff to list on my site. I purchased a domain name. TookanGps.com Never received anything to put on it. I also spoke with someone about the Messenger bot on the phone. They said they'd call me back the next day and never did. SO, I have had not 1 single good experience with Tookan. It seems to be full of lies and all these great products they are not able to deliver.

Needless to say, I have been trying to use this software for over 90 days now with zero luck other than manually putting in each task. I will be going to Bringg or Onfleet. Anythign with actual customer service.

It's a great product just bad customer service

Nachteile

the customer service is non existent. They promise promise promise but i'm yet to see delivery

Customer support

I paied my subsription first time in order to get a one month of availability i just get one day for a monthly paiement I sent a clame they spend 3 day form tonupdate the issues.
After that i paied a early stage and book form they blocked the booking form befor the end of month and i can't do any think with my account.
I dissussed with support and i have 4 days i can't work with my account and doing any think any feedback every time they said our teams working on there no progressreally is a very bad supprt

Vorteile

Good marketing before payment
And lot of promises for problem related just to the payment

Nachteile

No technical support
No answers for blocing problem
Lot of functional problem
Many days to fixe a simple issues
Not recomended

Credit card stuck forever in this platform.

Vorteile

The concept sounds good but perhaps few more iteration before it could put into production for complicated cases.

Nachteile

Join it if you want your credit card stuck forever in this platform. I have been charged a refundable trial fee. It's a minimal fee but the company have never returned this fee even though they had committed that they have refunded it, it took 2 months of communication and yet it wasn't been refunded.
