I liked how easy it was to set up quickly when purchasing tickets and how easy it is to access them.

Nachteile

Not much downside, I just hope they avoid adding more "features" that often bloat the software and detract from the original purpose.

I love it’s simplicity which makes it very easy to use.

There are several payment options available.

It can facilitate large group purchases which makes planning events with a group, a breeze.

It integrated with Facebook which makes it easy for use.

The website is a bit old fashioned but other than that, there are no cons thus far.
No complaints.

When the mandatory fields are missing or wrong when you try to create a ticket sale, it does not point out what field is wrong very clearly

It has a very user-friendly layout along with being very straightforward and functional which makes it very easy to buy tickets.

At this moment in time, I can not think of anything that I would consider a con and prevent me from returning to buy tickets. It's a great option as opposed to using Ticketmaster.

I love how easy it is to set up events and sell the tickets for said events. Receiving the revenue from ticket sales is made super easy and accessible as well! We have monthly events for employees where they purchase tickets and proceeds go to charity and I am able to set it up through 1 easy site!

Nachteile

There is not much I didn't like about Eventix. The interface is very user friendly. Anyone could jump on there and be able to accomplish whatever task they have. I would recommend everyone use Eventix for upcoming events. Even just to try it once!

Every aspect of the order process can be called easy and satisfying, easy to use software which never gives any problems during proceses.

Not really anything mentionable. Sometimes I can't get back from my banking app to the eventix website, luckily this never gives any problems furthermore.

It was easy to use and better than having to get your ticket mailed. I have used it for many concerts and it worked perfectly.

One time I tried to order tickets that were still available but the website told me they were already sold out. My friend orderd them for me because at her phone it didn't say they were already sold out.

I like that the software is so efficient. With the eventix software on the backend, selling tickets is so seamless as it changes the details on the ticket automatically when reselling. It also prevents fraud because the system does not allow to sell the same ticket twice in case you have accidentally uploaded it twice.

I have some troubles understanding the need for such high service costs. The public opinion is that people do not understand the business model and especially costs you make to provide this service. I would advice to be more transparent to create awareness.

Utilizing Eventix for our small business (band) was a simple process, and allowed us to bypass the potential roadblocks of running admission for a successful event. It was very easy to set up and immediately utilize for our needs.

This is a cool platform for you to create an event and then sell tickets for that event. You are also able to scan tickets through this app when the event actually takes place.

Eventix is very easy to install, and get started right away. My friend held a yoga workshop and used Eventix to sell the tickets. She showed me how to add an event, and connect it with her mailchimp and Facebook. You can collect basic information from the buyer, email address, name, age, gender, location or you can customize the information you collect. She used her phone to check everyone in in a matter of minutes; it was extremely fast. There was one lady who lost her ticket, we were able to look up her information right on the app, resend her the ticket and check her in, in less than a minute.

I did not really see anything that I did not like about this app, all good features and so easy to use.

The only thing a bit unclear to me was where to fill in information about who's actually visiting the festival. At the end it became clear your only have to fill in information about the person receiving the tickets, not about the visitors.
