I've had a fantastic experience with Brightwheel and my daycare parents love it!

I've had a wonderful experience with the software and I've had no complaints from the daycare parents. I did have some of the parents say it would be nice to be able to comment on the pictures that we post of their kids. I am coleader of a support group for 50 childcare providers here in the state of Vermont and I will be sharing more about this app with them soon.

As a teacher, this is a great app to save from writing the same things repetitively. We have had many parents tell us how much they love using the app and checking on the kids throughout the day. After we had a leadership change, the staff at Brightwheel was very helpful and prompt in solving the issues we had. We are very happy to have Brightwheel as an option!

Life saver

Awesome!

I was using another app for my daycare that not only was expensive but didn't offer a payment option. I adore this app - it is like live to parents so they can see all day or the end, whatever they choose! Makes my life easier too :)

A few things I would love: nap to be assumed awake if they were asleep and reply to messages.

Otherwise, it is AWESOME.

Brightwheel is an awesome form of communication

brightwheel = game-changer!

Brightwheel allowed my center to go completely paperless. No more daily sheets for my families (we were handing out 100 per day!), no more paper invoices and receipts for tuition payments, and no more sign-in sheets! Most impressive is the ease of use - it didn't take any time to get set up and learn how to use the service. I can't believe it's free!

Easy Communication

It makes communication with parents so easy.

Perfect for Preschool!

I run an in-home preschool for ages 2-5 and I love all of the different features offered through this one app! The best (in my opinion) is the payment/billing option; so easy and secure! Parents have the ability to pay online, with reminders, invoices, and more! Very helpful for keeping my program organized and running smoothly.

Education is easier to be manage

Helpful App!

Great communication tool for parents to keep track of daily activities at the daycare.
We like the fact that we get all the daily updates on the click of a button and need not call the daycare for any of the basic questions, we can directly message the teachers via this app. Highly recommend it.

I use it every day

Logging naps and checkins directly from the app has been very helpful for me.
Parents also love seeing pictures of their kid!
A parent had trouble checking out his child one day and I contacted their support, in 5 minutes the problem was fixed! Couldn't be happier.
Highly recommended!

It just keeps getting better!

The app is fast, easy to use and the features just keep getting better! The recent addition of Push notifications is a great feature that makes the app all that much better. Having photos and quick updates throughout the day - and no more piece of paper to take home each day, or not!

Making our room run easily

Wonderful we have 17 toddlers in our room and were using paper to let parents know when their children were changed, photos were on a separate space as well as contact with families. Parents forgot to pick sheets up, and time consuming for us. Bright wheel has been a blessing for us.

For the times that I have used this app, I have been very pleased. I would totally recommend it!

Amazing App!

Such a helpful app. It allows caregivers to share pictures, you'll know there entire schedule through out the day...what time he had lunch, how long his naps were... message and notes from caregivers about homework, etc Just amazing! would definitely recommend.

The Ease of Brightwheel.

I can check my students in and out with ease. I am also able go back in case there is a question as to whether they were here on a specific day. Also the ease of contacting parents for what ever reason is so easy using brightwheel.

This app is great

So far I love this app. I love getting to "see" how my baby is doing throughout the day. I wish there was a way to send a message to the teachers when I forget to tell them something at drop off. But other than that I really enjoy all the features of the app.

I think this is an incredibly amazing tool. The ease of use is unbelievable!

This is an amazing program and app. I would recommend it to everyone. The fact that we are operating on a free program, means al lot to our parents and us. We are a non-profit and all of the money that we make goes back to our schools. Home run Brightwheel.

Great Tool for Educators

Very beneficial app that is simple!

We use this every day all day. Great way to keep track of the kids and which class they are in. We still use paper but always have our iPad on us to have up to date track of the kids. Only small issue is sometimes there is an error or it won't load to use.

Amazing experience

I learned about brightwheel at the NAEYC National Conference and begin piloting it at my two schools. Six months later, the staff and the families love the program and I love the customer service. Very happy with our experience at brightwheel!

Time Saver!!
