However, when you go to fix the error, there isn't one. They said to go on and just redo it anyway. Didn't work, I sent a video. They said unpublish it, and then repost it, didn't work, sent a video. they said, to go in and change something, didn't work, sent a video. this has been repeated process for a very long time - now they want me to go in and reconfigure each job and each job board manually and it didn't work. I asked them to do it for me as I do not get paid to troubleshoot their platform and I hadn't been able to post any jobs yet.
