Great tool to remain up to date
My self training is gaining in speed and accurancy. Only issue is that i could loose myself training to learn everything. Struggling to remain focused on my field.

We can planify the skills required for our next trought the IQ role tools
Nachteile
Have to pay for it. But it worth it!
Took me a year to sepnd the money but i m happy about my decision

it's a great experience, and I love the RoleIQ tests

Very efficient and helpful courses, grouped in paths which lead you to professionality
Nachteile
the cost of the subscription a little bit expensive, I would be happy if you make projects and interactive courses available as free trails to normal subscriptions

Value of the money. Not that expensive to learn anything new or upgrade your knowledge

Relevant and up to date content
Vorteile
The Pluralsight platform received a regular stream of new content. Great content creators across a broad spectrum of technology and business mess related topics. Hands down one of my favorite learning platforms.
Nachteile
I really don't have any cons related to the platform.

Learning Made Easy
Pluralsight helped onboard me to a new job with a new company in record time. I feel confident about my skills, and have already taken on projects using the learned skills.
Vorteile
Pluralsight has made my transition into this position seamless. Their learning paths provide straightforward, well, paths for the concepts necessary to each concept. With course code examples provided, interactive discussions with the course instructors, and fully interactive courses, it provides a learning environment for everyone.
Nachteile
Some of the courses are getting a little long in the tooth, but they've been replacing many very recently.

It is a very good and useful visual learning tool.
Vorteile
I like to be able to see different video options related to the subject I am interested in, this helps me to blend some other learning programs for a better perspective.
Nachteile
Not much cons, I haven't had any issues so far when using pluralsight. I am able to use it online or through the mobile app.

Reach Proficiency Speedily with Pluralsight
Pluralsight has been great. I tend to watch at least a couple videos a week. Sometimes I have to brush up on old skills, learn new skills for my job, or look ahead at skills I may one day put to use.
Vorteile
I like how easy it is to get to the topics I need to learn. Most of the time at my job, I have projects and deadlines that I am actively working towards, so being able to learn what I need when I need is a must.
Nachteile
While it's easy to get at great educational videos, it could be nice in some cases to have additional functionality. For example, when learning a new frontend framework or technique, it could be advantageous to be able to edit code examples from within the site. That may be well beyond the scope of Pluralsight, and perhaps wouldn't make sense due to the breadth of content, but is something that could certainly be beneficial.

Vorteile
Pluralsight has courses in just about any tech-related field you could be interested in. You can measure your skill levels against peers in certain areas and get feedback on where knowledge gaps are with corresponding course or module recommendations.
Nachteile
I haven't experienced any cons at the current moment.

Good Content
I have been using it to learn Scikit-learn for machine learning and I used few tips and tricks in my projects.
Vorteile
The tutors are really good and you can choose between Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses.
Nachteile
It lacks functionalities like bookmarks in the middle of the video as Udemy has.

PluralSight Great for Beginners!
I have enjoyed my time using PluralSight. I began using the program with zero experience. After using PluralSight in these six months, I can proudly say that I have developed and strengthened my practical IT, Excel, Operating System, etc. skills.
Vorteile
I enjoy the ease of use in PluralSight. There seems to be a never-ending array of topics and subjects to learn from. Navigating between them is easy.
Nachteile
I slightly dislike that the majority of the learning is visual. I would like some practice exercises and comprehension questions in order to better grasp the knowledge.

Paths forward
I'm increasing my skill level, getting up to speed on modern features and complementing with some older legacy tech relevant in a large corporation.
Vorteile
Many course sites exists, Pluralsight have given me relevant paths with engaging skill checks and relevant feedback. That is valuable.
Comparatively small courses, but in dept and inside paths they have a larger scope.
Nachteile
No real drawbacks. Slightly hard to navigate to my Path until I learned the correct ways in.
I don't get to review all courses after finishing them.

This is a great training tool for anyone in technology.
It's help me grow in my career and keep up with the technical skills I need to do my job.
Vorteile
Pluralsight allows our teams to get up to speed on the latest technologies. It's also allowed us to assess where we are as far as technical knowledge and where to focus our training efforts on.
Nachteile
The tools for group learning are in their early stage. There's a bit more work that needs to be done to make it a more collaborative experience.

Vorteile
The variety of topics.
The use of quizzes and assessments to find out your topic IQ.
Every level catered for.
Nachteile
No legacy systems covered like RPG IBM language.
Lack of interactive courses for specific topics.
Some level of overlap.
