Useful, but Behind the Competition
This software has great reviews and information about restaurants. It is easy to use and has a wide user base. The only problem is that there is not a defining feature that would cause me to recommend it over Google alternatives that are already built into my phone.
Vorteile
Yelp Reservations allows the user to read reviews of different restaurants, see pictures of menu items posted by others, see contact information for restaurants, and make reservations to restaurants that have this feature set up. Having all of this information in one place is very convenient, and helps the user to make informed choices on where to eat. The layout is nice and easy to use. Yelp also has a wide user base, which means that the amount of information posted is large and extensive.
Nachteile
I found Yelp Reservations lacking versus the competition. I often search for places to eat on Google Maps simply because once I find a place to eat, I can then navigate there within the same app. Google Maps offers reviews, pictures, menus, and the ability to make reservations within the app. Simply put, Yelp offers fewer features than competitors and is lesser-known. While it is good software, these factors make it hard to recommend over Google Maps for simplicity-sake.

Great use this every date night!
I will recommend this to everyone who is either going on a date, birthday dinner, etc and wanting to plan ahead.
Vorteile
The best thing is you never have to worry about waiting for a table ever again with this amazing reservation thru yelp.
Nachteile
Sometimes the downside is that yelp wont have all the restraints you want but it is very helpful and comes in hand.

Easy to Use - Needs market presence
A great cost solution with a flat rate, but until consumers move to this as a go-to, it will not bring the same value as other options.

The platform is very easy to use. It's nice to integrate waitlists and online reservations in one place with floor management software.

The market presence - Other software has the market presence that makes it hard to switch to a lesser prevalent platform.

User Friendly and saves time

Kind of a weak proudct

is very well known, it will help you with your online presence
Nachteile
the sales team was kind of annoying. they really take advantage of the review process and make the whole thing untrustworthy. I mean no one took it seriously. I dont like the fact that I would pay so much for a website where people go just to leave bad reviews.

Yelp Reservations
My overall experience in the beginning was great until it got to having a subscription for this and finding out how much this software was.
Vorteile
What I love about Yelp Reservations is that you can either make reservations from within the Yelp application or you could select a date and time of when you would like to make your reservations. It's very easy to use and convenient especially for birthdays, or events you are celebrating. You need to make sure you have a subscription for this restaurant to be able to make the reservations though.
Nachteile
The con and downfall is the price....It is a lot to have a subscription believe its between $200-$300

Get in Line
It is a seamless process of looking up reviews for restaurants and reserving right then and there.
Vorteile
Really easy way to get in line without having to talk to anyone. It is also pretty reliable and the restaurant is ready for you.
Nachteile
Sometimes the options for reservation times are not available or "full". However if you call the restaurant to reserve, they can usually find you a table at the time you need.

It works well and is convenient, easy to find , great addition to Yelp

I love that it is integrated into the Yelp platform so you can reserve now with just a click . This is easy esp. if you’re on the road

I have noticed it pop up to click on by accident and / or sometimes when this is actually an option at the place ( maybe a glitch from a service they are disconnected from )

Reliable online reservations
Yelp Reservations has saved time and having to speak to somebody if you're not comfortable with that
Vorteile
Yelp reservations is super easy to use and is surprisingly very accurate. You can be concerned not speaking to an actual person would make for errors, but I have yet to experience one.
Nachteile
Really no issues that I can think of. They are always accurate and always follow up with either a text or email to confirm your reservation

Helps with reservations
It has been good and I have been using it for quick reservations
Vorteile
The option to put reservations when you are looking at reviews on yelp really saves a lot of time than just having to call or go on another site to reserve
Nachteile
It is not really meant for reservations made in advance and for a large group of people than just regular 2 people at 7pm.

IT's okay
no longer use it . Most paces now do call ahead so i deleted it

I liked the idea of it being and app and makes things easier or at least that i was hoping hopping for

Two of the times i used it our reservations i didn't go thru and the compy blamed the app and we having for ever long wait

Great software to make reservation easier without spending a lot of time.
Vorteile
Very easy to use and will save you time. You do not need to spend time in restaurants for reservation anymore.
Nachteile
I am using it for more than 6 months and I do not see any big problem so far. This software is amazing.
