Do Not Purchase

AWFUL, I would not recommend this product to anyone

Vorteile

Nothing. Not user friendly. Do not waste your money.

Nachteile

Difficult to use. Do not invest in it. Poor customer service. They do not send notice of renewing and will not refund your money despite not using it on a regular basis.

A good checklist

Overall it was okay and I used it more of a checklist for daily tasks. But when I was busy I wasn't drawn to check it. It's still on my phone and my usage is now more as a personal checklist and no longer for business.

Vorteile

Great checklist and can sync with your calendar.

Nachteile

It wasn't engaging to interact with. I like that you can cross off tasks, but I don't like how they stay on the list until you delete them never to be seen again. There might be a secrete deleted or completed task folder I'm unaware of, or is not accessible from my cell phone app.

Major issue - Data Loss

Terrible. Couldn’t trust it. Had to stop using and had to purchase a different app that doesn’t suffer data loss and updates work.

Vorteile

Better gui with new desktop app. However it has major issue.

Nachteile

The app looses connection and you loses data. On several occasions I made quite a few updates and noticed the app wasn’t syncing. Tried manual syncs. Didn’t work. Closed and restarted the app and all the work I had done was lost. Logged and ticket with the developer and they didn’t care and just provided now help. Tried to get a refund and they just hid behind apple.

no response from Any.do

I signed up for any.do for business trial and was told I would not be charged and that I could cancel at anytime. I reluctantly entered my credit card info. The website said I wouldn't be charged for 30 days. Once logged in, I quickly discovered that any.do won't do any of the things I need and I found it confusing. So went to cancel my account only to discover that THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL!!!. I reviewed the help files on how to cancel and they were no help whatsoever. I emailed support multiple times and have yet to receive a response. there is no phone number to call. Now I'm going to have to cancel my debit card to prevent them from charging me for something I do not want and requested repeatedly to have cancelled. any.do will not do for me.

I don't know. I couldn't figure out how to use it.

Nachteile

I found it confusing to navigate, but most importantly, the support staff have been completely unresponsive.
