Usually when we suggest some features, they actually look into it\! Their user interface is very self explanitory and easy to use/understand. The booking page / web builder is amazing, and offers plenty of room for customisation. > > **Nachteile**: What bothers us as a non-profit org. is that booqable recently has moved some subscription plan features around, and the cheapest subscription plan covers only one staff member. For us (film school) it is not very practical (we have 2 staff members responsible for the equipment), and also, the option to bundle inventory items into kits (bundles) is not available, witch can be a very inefficient way to handle film equipment. There have been some times booqable gliches out in the far past (few years ago), but not recently. Ofcourse there always are some little ergonomic things in the interface that could be improved, like the option to choose what the bookings calendar shows first, or a "x" button that clears the search bar in calendar bookings view (that would help to speed up the workflow), but those are nitpicks. > > I have implemented Booqable booking systems now in two schools i work in, and everybody praises how easy it is to make reservations\!
