You may experience some unstable installation especially on Mac.

Excelent my students are learning the basic features of 3D Drawing and modeling without AutoCad use
Vorteile
The price is so easy and you can use all the Features in the software for a Basic Draw
Nachteile
The simulations are not always allowed in all the computers I think that is something to improve

Very simple for beginners to use. A great first step for CAD
Vorteile
Very simple tools and interface make it very easy for just about anyone to pick up. Helpful tutorials online, and a good option for the price.
Nachteile
Sometimes the tools that are included in the software are too simple. Things that you want to do that would be easier in most other CAD based programs need to be done with additional steps because of the limited tools.

More use to programmers than architects
Awful. I've been an architect for 50 years and have never used cad because no one can explain how to get started. The people who make these videos and write the tutorials may be very good at what they do but I've not found one yet that can switch me from using a pencil! I don't think any of them are architects. I don't want whizzy pictures I want plans, sections and elevations. I've got as far as drawing a few lines but then they are not to scale, not straight and cant be changed. If anyone has a guide to change my view I would of course be most grateful to look at it but until then I'll stick to a drawing board.

Functional software but not intuitive if coming from other major CAD programs
Vorteile
It was free and seemed to have some advanced features.
Nachteile
This software was much more difficult for me to work with than Inventor or SolidWorks. It was fairly difficult for me to learn even some of what I would consider basic commands.
