I liked that it connected with PowerPoint. You can create solid interactive components to bring your presentations alive.

Nachteile

It was not easy to integrate. As a beginner in course creation, I found the process needlessly complicated.

Many products to meet needs of many different uses. The customer service is wonderful!

Limitations for creating multiple "questions" on one slide within quizmaker and display of reporting options (email vs. within ispring market). Some don't integrate well. If more robust dropdown question types were available within ispring space (instead of quizmaker) it would be easier!

I read customers reviews and although they complained about pricing they also recognized that iSpring has the best tech support. So far, I confirmed same reviews.

Great tool for publishing power points so that user cannot edit. Ideal for courses/lessons. Expiry date feature is excellent. As is the quiz feature.

I've had a few functionality questions and the live chat representative gave me links to online documents that show in detail (including screen shots!!) how to do it step-by-step!

Hay infinitas cosas que me agradan de iSpring ya que es un producto muy completo para todos los expertos y especialistas en el tema de capacitación y desarrollo organizacional; sin en cambio lo que más me gusta es:

1-. Siempre hay actualizaciones que mejoran el producto y se acoplan a las necesidades del usuario (cliente).
2-. El servicio técnico las 24 horas es una joya, es la primera vez que tengo el gusto de contar con uno y es una maravilla ya que muchas veces trabajamos en horarios no laborales.
3-. Es muy fácil y rápido de aprender a utilizarse, claro, siempre y cuando uno este en constante capacitación del producto y leyendo las guías informativas.

Creo que una desventaja, algo pequeña es que, al estar en constante actualización, el cumulo de información a comprender y estudiar se vuelve demasiada a tal grado que muchas veces (hablo en mi experiencia) prefieres dejarla pasar.

Userfriendly interface, easy of use as well as we have the LMS.

It's really easy to use, and the layout is very friendly. Especially when we enrol learners, the way they see the learning track and all their resources is polished and professional.

Nachteile

There are a lot of really good features, but they seem underdeveloped. There's no consistent codes, for example, for the notifications- only one type of notification can address the user by name, for instance. I feel like there are a lot of functions that could be expanded on, to make iSpring more versatile and functional.

We decided iSpring had more of the necessary functionalities than many other products- I don't remember all the ones we looked at, but iSpring was the most useful.

Vorteile

I would give customer support 10 extra stars if I could! I hardly ever need them, but when I do, they are fast, very knowledgeable and will only stop when it's solved.

Nachteile

Export files for translations should have the option to choose which xliff version. With only one .XLIFF version (1.2) I cannot use this functionality at all, as my translation software only accepts another version. And trust me, that company also got this feedback in reverse!

What I like most is that it's user-friendly and offers a wide range of features. It allows me to easily transform PowerPoint presentations into engaging e-learning. Additionally, iSpring provides excellent customer support, including detailed documentation, webinars, tutorials, and a responsive Support team.

Nachteile

I can't think of anything because it has met all my needs and the requirements of my clients.

Very good tool to generate online content based on powerpoint.
The generated courses embed online videos, quizzes, role play games keeping all powerpoint features animations and browsing facilities for a maximized user experience.

Nachteile

Working on a synchronized folders such as OneDrive leads to some synchronization issues on the linked quizzes which are stored in a local folder. This reduces the capability to work in collaboration with colleagues.
The tool may also improve by providing some ways to automate, script actions such as changing templates, applying properties, and so on in a batch mode for multiple files at once.

I didn't realise where the Ispring controls were until I'd used it for 6 months and then accidentally clicked on "Ispring". Up till then it was just a normal power point system.

I must sometimes work from home if sick or for other reasons. I have been unable to activate the product at home even though it is possible.

Nachteile

One of the most challenging aspects we encountered was automating the registration process for each user within iSpring, particularly in our fast-paced and dynamic company where team changes due to new hires and promotions are frequent. Although we devised a method to automate this process and integrate it with OKTA based on job titles, the system does not automatically update when employees switch teams. This has a detrimental impact on our reporting, and the manual updating of lists is time-consuming. Additionally, we see an opportunity for enhancements, particularly in the area of card flips, to further optimize the platform.

really easy to use, Powerpoint plugin integration helps starting projects quickly and efficiently. Useful functionalities keep being added (i.e. last year text to speech). Low price compared to other providers like Adobe Captivate. Customer Support always answers quickly and resolves most issues in no time, big plus for us.

Nachteile

collaboration with colleagues is still not optimal. Working on a shared drive is impossible, the cloud solution requires you to upload and download the project every time you make a change and still it is not seamless and you sometimes need to link project files with source files when editing a colleagues file.

Since iSpring was designed to work with PowerPoint, using your existing training or teaching materials is easy. The added benefit of integrating checkpoint quizzes and exit assessments allows the student to self-monitor their understanding.

The software is obviously designed and marketed towards corporate training and the included characters and backgrounds are limited if you are designing courses or lessons that are geared toward secondary education or below.

I have been using iSpring Suite Max for several years. With this application, I can prepare interactive presentations and teaching materials in the usual way. The application allows you to create tests of various difficulties and receive qualitative feedback easily and quickly. I've tried a few courseware programs, iSpring is by far the best I've tried
