Vorteile

It has all the features that are important for me as I manage more email accounts.
I like the snooze function and that the calendar is integrated in the app.

Nachteile

The calendar could be improved to be more user-friendly

Pro version allow to have more different accounts, navigation pane is easy to use, interface looking smart, good and professional. You can enable different built in add ins such a Twitter, todoist, calendar. Synchronization working fine with all type of accounts - icloud, gmail. Technical support is fast and very helpful. Excellent value for money.

Nachteile

"Directory" folder with contacts in Gmail cannot be synced in Mailbird. Hope it will be fixed soon.

It works! I have 5 email accounts and to get them all in one place is great. You can choose which account to send mail from, focus to one account, and it has ability to link calendars.

I installed this app yesterday on a worklab computer and now today I received three marketing emails to my .gov email address trying to get my Entire team to upgrade for a reduced price. The only problem is that I just went back and checked, I did not use the .gov email to purchase Mailbird or correspond with Mailbird at any time. They had to have pulled it from my list of email addresses that I setup in the application. That is a bit shady if you ask me. I will be uninstalling this app and asking for a refund.

Very modern design, has a lot of apps you can connect like WhatsApp, Facebook and many others... For me I switched from an open source mail client because the design was too simple for my taste. Now with mailbird I can enjoy a new client with a lot of options and features for lifetime license.

I never liked Outlook. I always had compatibility issues with NameCheap Private Email, but with Mailbird it works like a charm. It is extremely user-friendly and has a great, intuitive interface with tons of features.

Load time should be optimised. At times, it is a bit slow to start.

With Mailbird I can integrate as many email accounts I want. I have 6 email accounts, all spread over different email clients such as Gmail, Outlook, and so on. With this app I am able to replace all of these different accounts, and have all my email on one place. This is super convenient.

There are not many useful add-ons, would like to see more of those. The UI also needs a redesign, it has a look and feel from the 90's.

Easy to configure. I haven't found anything about this software that isn't high quality. From the installation all the way to support. and the price is more than reasonable (they really should charge more - it's worth it!)

I sometimes find it difficult to use the folders for each email account, this isn't particularly critical as I just avoid it.

A very pleasant user interface, brilliant layout and use of colors. Attachment management is also impressive (you can preview attachments from all messages in one place, scroll through them, search them, etc.). Multiple accounts can be accommodated easily into a single inbox, each one with its own colors and icons.

Nachteile

Although they advertise the ability to integrate Google services, such as calendars, this is not working for most users (meaning all users for which Google has banned generic browsers). Accordingly, you cannot integrate your Google calendar in Mailbird, something that was not clearly explained on their website.

It's Looks, ease of use, clean interface and all the integrations. It's customization and all the preferences you can tweak to your liking it's a plus.

Being a GSuite user, I'm heavy on tags and filters, didn't like how tags are integrated, didn't find it really useful for my taste. Besides that its pretty neat.

I liked the simple user interface of Mailbird. I was looking for a windows version of Spark Mail client.

I did not like how they do not offer a free version of the software. I don't know if this is just a Windows thing, but i have not found a mail client as streamlined as Spark

Mailbird has many features, and they all seem to work. In addition, the FAQs have some valuable information for connecting with webmail such as gmail.

The software is unable to display emails in ascending order according to date and time. Just as with webmail, Mailbird lists the most recent emails first. Customer Service never responded to my question about how to reverse the order.

Very user friendly set up right from the get-go, including multiple email accounts. In addition wide range of user options for appearance of your email desktop.

Nachteile

I guess the only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay a fee for the license. But then I tried a variety of free stuff first and discovered that for the most part "What you get for nothing is good for nothing."

I switched to Mailbird from Postbox. I love the clean interface and how modern it looks compared to other email clients. Having multiple accounts is seamless, and it does its job and does it well.
