Great Value For Money
Vorteile
I have been using Autopilot for over two years and have enjoyed every moment of the journey. The price is excellent and I love the heads up feature. This feature alone has increased conversions considerably for me. I like that Autopilot is easy to integrate and like the journey builder. I love that you can customize the experience depending on weather someone has clicked, opened, left unread. It's everything you could want.
Nachteile
I wished they had their own form builder. Currently the software will scan forms and integrate that way but it would be great if we could build own own from withing Autopilot. Other than that there aren't any other cons for me.

Pros: offers a large amount of reports, functionality and value on our tool and basically avoids having to repeatedly perform the same marketing tasks. You can send email or SMS campaigns instantly.
Nachteile
Cons: It's not as intuitive as it should be; However, once it is understood, it is much easier to set up campaigns. You must be an advanced user to understand how to do almost anything in the tool. In the same way, the tasks you perform are not simple, so I understand that simplifying it is something to admire.

Lead Nurturing Finally More Visual with Autopilot
Vorteile
I really like the canvas that you can lay out the shapes and organize and plan lead nurture sequences. In my experience with lead nurture campaigns in other software, it is usually complicated with drop-down menus, hard to find email templates, etc. With Autopilot and the canvas structure, it is much easier for me to see what sequence I have set up and the timing of it all.
Nachteile
The biggest issue I have with Autopilot is that it doesn't have an RSS feed that we can tie into our company blog. We have had issues with MailChimp at times and wish Autopilot offered an RSS feed feature we could use as an alternative.

Lovely experience
Autopilot is an easy to use tool that makes email marketing and customer's journey understandable for non-technical people. It's just simple as that.
Vorteile
Autopilot is the best in its own league - it has all customization features that you could dream about. It also comes with the ability to integrate with a lot of other Saas services. This is what I call awesomeness!
Nachteile
After one year with this app, I found only one thing that makes me mad - preview is much different than the real email. But it can be solved with HTML templates!

Great modern automation tool
As far as messaging automation tools go, this is easily one of the best. I've used others before, including Infusionsoft, MailChimp, and Intercom - Autopilot is a great product, with an attractive price point, that offers just the right amount of features, in my opinion.

Great journey design interface. Bi-directional Salesforce sync. Better-than-most API exposure.
Nachteile
UI navigation can be a bit burdensome - it would be nice to be able to quickly launch new screens in new tabs (Alt+click doesn't work). Also, additional triggers would be useful, such as time-based (before an event)

The Best-Kept Secret In Marketing Automation
Marketing automation is the dream of every business. Unfortunately, that dream usually comes with a hefty price tag. No hefty price tag with Autopilot! Their feature set is comparable to some of the biggest names in marketing automation, but for a fraction of the cost. I recommend them to every marketer I know.

Easy to setup first for simple campaigns. Reporting is quite powerful and easy to use. Integrates with a few powerful apps (Slack, Segment, Instapage). Ability to create powerful campaigns with a lot of triggers and actions (no limit)
Nachteile
Price is too high. A bit more complex than what you can find in guides - you need to talk to support to fully understand it. Some things need to be sorted through support. Can't change account name or invoice details.

We've Increased Email Engagement almost 4x
Vorteile
The overall click rates increased by almost 4x. The open rates on lead generation emails were as high as 75% and our reply rates jumped from 1% to 21% for similar campaigns.
Nachteile
We like the tool, but it gets significantly slower with more complex and advanced scenarios, whenever the system is filled with data.

Easiest marketing automation tool I have been able to find
- Very easy b2b nurture campaign set-up.
- Nice, easy and informative dashboard with exporting options.
Vorteile
I love how everything just works.
In my experience with other, bigger tools, set-up and implementation takes months, not to mention huge investments. After implementation the tools took ages to get familiar with and didn't work smoothly. And customer service was slow and often unhelpful, regardless of their best intentions.
Implementing autopilot has cost me (no external consultant needed) minutes. Using it has been as intuitive as one would expect from an up-to-date tool. The customer service has, up until this point, been very helpful and quick.

Extremely easy product to set up and collaborate within my team. The tool is flexible and scalable to accommodate for personalized user journeys. Support has been top-notch from day one, super helpful and responsive whenever an issue arises.
Nachteile
UI can be difficult to navigate between journeys. Statistics page is nice, but also difficult to get the whole picture when running multiple journeys. Difficult to measure a A/B split.

Thanks to the integration with Segment, Autopilot was very easy to integrate using our existing triggers. Set up was also smooth and out of all of the marketing automation tools, Autopilot has the best onboarding and set up experience. Their unique ui/ux make it very easy to set up campaigns that not only include email and SMS triggers, but unique integrations with companies such as Lob that let you programmatically send postcards.
Nachteile
There is room for improvement with people/user tracking. Currently we're using GoSquared to fill in the gaps.

This is what marketing automation should be like.
We're a small consulting business and have toyed with the idea of marketing automation for some time. We tried one of the 'big guys' and were left scratching our heads about all the smoke and mirrors. Autopilot was the light at the end of the tunnel. We were less than a week into our free trial before we signed up. It's intuitive, makes the complex simple and allows you to slowly scale the customer experience into something that is relevant, topical and altogether meaningful.
Features are second to none and the support and attention we receive via Flight School and the support team who are always willing to answer even that dumbest questions, are simply amazing.
We're staying.
Vorteile
Simple and intuitive interface. A delightful on boarding experience. Easy to try before you buy. Cost entry point is easy for most.
Nachteile
Could do with more template choices.

Great first experience with AutoPilot HQ
Hadley did a good job of walking me through this. We don't use Salesforce integration so that part isn't applicable to us. Extremely easy to start and implement.
This week, we sent email blast to over 1000 prospects; within 8 minutes we had a sale!
Even with just journeys and email info, this is very helpful.
Only wish there were integrations with other than Salesforce - would make it easier for small business people.
Overall, great value, nice support, intuitive and I like the offering!

I'm a visual person and I really enjoy seeing the blueprint of my email automation journey laid out in the format offered by Autopilot, They also demonstrate the incredible capability of their platform by using features to offer an incredible customer service experience. They saw I was searching their knowledge base, reached out to me as a courtesy, and answered a question I couldn't find the answer to. That saved me a lot of time.
Nachteile
It's fairly new, so it doesn't have all the plugins and features that more mature platforms like Mailchimp offer. I anticipate that they'll catch up relatively quickly.

Fantastic customer support

It took awhile adjusting to the way contacts work, but once done, everything was pretty intuitive. The support pages were well-documented so it was very easy to find the help I need by myself.
No product is perfect, but I do appreciate the people behind the team doing their best to guide me along, even when I am not their biggest customer.
Nachteile
Be careful with the Pipedrive integration, it will sync all your contacts and you might be automatically have your plan upgraded as a result.

Amazingly Easy! The Customer support are superb.
I use it together with Elegant Theme Dive Builder for WordPress. I make landing pages that capture emails for my clients and then make a journey of emails, to make leads to buying leads. This is one of the best web app I have tried.
Vorteile
Customer support is really good. The best of Autopilot is that it is so easy to understand and use. You have a superb view over the whole journey of emails, triggers and so on.
Nachteile
There are some API, that I am missing. I would like them to connect to other than Salesforce CRM system.

I love Autopilot journeys and campaigns. I like the way how you onboard new users. I like your newsletters "in the loop" which was stopped now but hope to see it coming on my mailbox back again. The idea of helping users to develop in order to develop yourself in wonderful. I love your templates that are very customer-oriented and give ideas on how to use Autopilot more.

Amazing software!
Vorteile
I absolutely love it. It integrates with many other systems, journeys are really clear and easy to share with the team. It covers almost all use cases and if they're not, the support and account managers are super helpful and give a hand to implement everything we need.
Nachteile
It may be a bit hard for new users to get used to it and switch from other software. Also, the pricing is a bit too high, even though that in my opinion it's worth it.

Autopilot increases reach and cuts costs
We've used Autopilot for about a year now at Golden Gate Wine Co. in Hong Kong. We found it easy to use, flexible and rich in ways to segment, reach, follow-up and gain customers. It's also considerably more cost effective compared to our previous service providers, both for emails, text messages and direct follow up campaigns.

Autopilot is incredibly inexpensive for the functionality. I would recommend Autopilot for anyone who is new to marketing automation and isn't ready to explore enterprise solutions like Hubspot or Marketo.

Simple and robust marketing automation
Marketing automation - you probably need it.
Has it been accessible, easy to setup, and affordable. Not really.
Enter Autopilot. I was skeptical that such an inexpensive and simplified marketing automation platform could achieve our fairly complex marketing automation needs (a/b tested email campaigns with sub-funnels based on main funnel interaction, etc.) but was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only sufficed, but made it a hell of a lot easier to configure.
Customer service has been top notch as well. Even though the platform is simple, there are inherent complexities when automation is involved. The support team has handled my questions really fast, and with thorough explanations and further resources.

I love this tool. You can set up campaigns and forget about all the manual work once properly set up.

Extremely happy that I stumbled across this gem
I'm an email marketing consultant and as such I've tried just about every platform on the market. A client of mine signed up for an autopilot account before I had ever heard of it. I thought I'd give it a try and learn a bit about it.
Boy, was I surprised.
It takes 5-10 minutes to go through a quick tutorial and you're off to the races. It's simple to use yet extremely robust. Just looking through the options available can fill you with inspiration and unique ideas.
I've moved my own marketing campaign onto autopilot and I'll be suggesting that my clients do the same. You don't have to be a Jenious to set up email marketing "cash machines" on autopilot.

You get what you pay for, in this case we got less than what we paid for. We found autopilot to be less sophisticated and less effective than our previous software.

Really good, Autopilot does the work for you
We have been able to simplify our marketing tasks, configuring a tool that does the work for us. By using Autopilot we can send emails to our customers as soon as they show interest in our products, we can track their activity on our page. It's really nice.
Vorteile
I love the idea behind this product. Basically avoids having to repeatedly perform the same marketing tasks. Simply configure a workflow in an intuitive way and Autopilot will be responsible for sending certain emails to your contacts based on the actions they have taken. You can send email or sms campaigns instantly.
Nachteile
Perhaps it can be a challenge to understand how it works on its own. It is not as intuitive as it should be; However, once it is understood, it is much easier to configure the campaigns. In the same way, the tasks that it executes are not simple, so I understand that simplifying it is something to admire.

Autopilot for Google ads and FB
Vorteile
We are using it to upload our customers to Fb remarketing lists and Google Ads remarketing lists. It´s very useful for it and easy to set up flows.
Nachteile
Pricing is by email address, so with a lot of email addresses it will cost too much sometimes.

One of the best email automation tools out there
Vorteile
I just can't beat their drag-and-drop email campaign flow tool! It's not only highly intuitive, I also love how easy it is to make changes to your existing campaigns.
Nachteile
I wish their dashboard was a bit easier to personalize and navigate. It takes quite a while to get used to it.
