Great Product, Makes Shipping Easy

The fact that you can print a batch of orders and ship them for a reasonable price

Shipping easy increases efficiency and streamlines processes
Vorteile
Utilizing Shipping Easy has greatly reduced our shipping time by linking our eCommerce accounts so we can see orders from multiple platforms, as well as linking all of our shopping carriers to one place so we can take an order, compare rates from the carriers, print the label, and have the software push tracking info to the marketplace.
It has been a blessing and greatly impacted the speed with which we fulfill our orders.
Nachteile
I would like to see some small changes to the reporting side, but overall it’s not a huge downfall

We wanted a platform that manages all our shipping, orders, and refunds all at one platform. ShippingEasy offers great integration and pricing which is great.

Very easy to use and manage all your shipping labels and orders. The great thing is you can filter orders by SKUs. You can manage all your orders from different platforms integrated with ShippingEasy and manage everything in one platform.
Nachteile
There is nothing we have come across as a flaw but managing loss/stolen claims is a painful process specifically when trying to get support from the platform for third-party billers.

It's been a game changer for our business!
Tracking with other apps was extremely difficult and it wasn't as seamless of a process, thankfully with ShippingEasy we are able to create labels, track the packages, and analytics.

Absolutely love how easy ShippingEasy is to use! It connects beautifully and seamlessly with our Shopify platform and we're able to notify our customers of every step of their order! It has made our customer service experience so much easier and I highly recommend it!

ShippingEasy has a very helpful, satisfying and receptive customer support.
Once understood properly, ShippingEasy will turn out to be remarkably easy to use.
ShippingEasy has made the entire process of importing and processing the orders a whole lot smoother.

As mentioned in its name, “Easy”, it actually makes the complete transactional process really easy. With a simple idea of giving organizations streamlined shipping experience. E-commerce firms can now enjoy the benefit of this software to manage their varied shipping requirements. It has an easy interface where everything is labeled properly and the software is easy to navigate. It provides quick reporting statistics, a convenient to use dashboard and deep details of shipping and handling.
Nachteile
Some functions like data entry process, customization could be improved. Though the UI of ShippingEasy is convenient to use but it can turn out to be a challenge for first time users. Hence the demo should be provided irrespective of the package that the buyer is purchasing.

Use daily and is overall simple to use.
Vorteile
ShippingEasy has a simple interface to view the difference in cost between the 3 "shipping vendors" we use. (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) It definitely helps us save in freight cost per shipment.
Nachteile
I do not think this is something that can be avoidable, but there are so many options under each shipping vendor to choose from cost/service wise.

Great Shipping tool for Small to Big companies

What I really like most is that Shipping Easy charges based on the amount of packages you ship. Smaller companies can get 50 packages a month without paying. The larger the company, you get special rates, training, and you're able to customize.

Great platform at a reasonable price

Integrates with all major e-commerce solutions in a user friendly environment. We haven't ran into anything that ShippingEasy hasn't been able to do! Customer service is terrific, the live chat always response within 5 minutes...usually more like 1. The Rep has helped us on many occasions and is very prompt!

Great for when I worked at a small business and shipped our products
Used for shipping products for our small business, and was attracted by the discounts it offered.

The discounts I got on shipping was insane. I sometimes got half off of what I'd normally get at the post office or UPS.

Vorteile
Love having the ability to compare prices. Makes decisions easy for us on the carrier. We aren't taking full advantage for all the API features, but that comes with time.
Nachteile
The marketing and inventory tools are lacking. We would like to use the inventory tool for our shipping supplies, but the reporting on it doesn't get us to where we want to be.

Great for International Shipping
Vorteile
This program integrates with USPS and FedEx. I like that you can ship internationally and print postage. You will still have to go to the post office for customs but you can save a lot of time doing the bulk of the work at home. You get cheaper rates than the post office.

ease of use and very helpful customer care
It has enabled us to quickly generate shipping labels. Integration was pretty easy and quick. Only negative I have as of now is the sync process which i mentioned in the cons above.

Its a fast and easy way to ship out our online orders on a daily basis.

Makes shipping easy for ecommerce sites
I have never had a problem when I recommend this to my customers they love the fact that is automates everything and makes tracking packages easy.

This takes all the shipping worries away when using an online store to sell products. With this service you can print out prepaid shipping labels and track shipping and get accurate pricing. If someone wants an automated service for shipping this is the app I always recommend.

No cons for this product as it works great with 3dcart and many many customers are using this for there shipping (honestly most people want things to be very easy and this app does that)/

Great Customer Service
I like that the funds are prepayed and that I don't have to worry about a credit card receipt for each and every transaction. I also mostly like that the rates are compared using a single entry of information, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Etc.
Vorteile
The customer service chat option puts any of my learning curve issues at ease. I had an issue with my label printing and rep responded right away, clearly and patiently walked me through everything so that a short time later I was up and running properly.
Nachteile
There isn't anything I dislike, just getting familiar with the platform and exploring all of the options. Lot's of different places to click around, but I expect I'll be familiar with it after a few weeks of usage.

It has been great, every time we've have an issue or questions the support team has been super helpful.

Ability to split orders based on different rules.

I would like the ability to print some orders with packing slips and some without. The only way to do this is to change the label settings each time we want to switch.

Great product for smaller/medium shipping needs
Smooth shipment processing; For over a year of using Shipping Easy I only had two instances of system delays. Any other issues are quickly resolved by custom support team.

Easy to use, hardly any system glitches, visibility of the coming orders, simple reporting, simple tracking of shipments. Customer service is beyond expectations
Nachteile
Hard to change or edit existing orders, batching is not perfect, unable to adjust the order shipment processing to the date of order placement and the same problem with the printed labels.

Does the job but not without its hiccups
Vorteile
We are able to get our small ecommerce business up and running by using shippingeasy and a label printer. it automatically syncs orders from our ecommerce site which is helpful as we can just logon and the order is already there
Nachteile
sometimes there are issues with syncing, you need to refresh a bit to get the orders to come through. We've also had some printer issues where shippingeasy wont recognize a printer or won't allow multiple users to be online at the same time. One other glitch is that when we go to buy the label and ship it often will just take that order and place it right into shipping history rather than completing the purchase/printing. Now that we know this may happen it's easy to find orders but the first time this happened it caused issues.

When selling online, sometimes selling is the easier part. Getting it shipped out can be a pain.
