Price competitive, covering basic needs.
Vorteile
Eloomi is covering our basic needs like learning, surveys, appraisals, checklists and performance. All you need in one system.
Also we choose Eloomi due to simplicity. The system is easy to use and cover the basic needs.
Nachteile
The report module can be improved for bigger organizations. We miss some big data options. Support solutions can also be improved.

A major change re. continuing education.
We now have a semi "individualized" continuing education program, much more focused. We save staff- time and money because of that. Educational content has become better structured, the system guides/calls for a certain structures that we have benefited from when developing educational content.
Vorteile
I like best how "user friendly" it is, for end-users, for content developers, that is to organize and upload content, and for administrators to keep track of how staff is using the system/educational content.
Nachteile
Haven't really come across anything I haven´t liked.

Vorteile
It is user-friendly whether you are an admin, content creator or a student. It is fun to use because of its many engagement possibilities and the gaming feature, which is motivating and enjoyable.
Nachteile
Some users have been having problems filling out their profile. You can't always write in all the boxes.
