Signing is easy
Vorteile
It is so nice to now send more than one document in a single email. Indio makes my job of getting signatures so easy as we insure many people outside of our state.
Nachteile
There isn't really anything that I do not like. I work in personal lines insurance. Indio makes getting signatures so easy.

Vorteile
I really like how user friendly it is for our Clients. They can easily complete applications electronically and return them back to me very quickly. I also like the chat function where I can get help from Indio if I am having issues.

Use of Indio
Good system. Have not yet gone thru a renewal process, so don't know if it will make it easier or not. Always like to give the insured the previous year's application to look at for reference in answering questions.

Having to wait when a form is not already in the system; not able to print out completed application without the client first having to sign/submit rather than just complete; delays quote process when sometimes have to wait for a signature

I'm a new user and getting used to using it. I understand that it is beneficial for E&O.

Drag and drop documents for esignature.
Nachteile
It would be beneficial to be able to drag and drop multiple documents for esignature. It has been 3 weeks since we requested to add some carrier specific supplementals.

I like the ease of use as well as the simplicity of it from the insured's point of view.

Not a con, really, however there have been a lot of changes to the systems since we started using it. Not good or bad, just frustrating to see it changing so often

Implementing Indio
Adoption by staff is the only challenge we've had, and that's natural when introducing a new software.
Otherwise, Indio staff has been responsive and accommodating and very easy and pleasant to work with -
Vorteile
The staff at Indio is incredibly helpful and responsive. We had many questions and really vettted many vendors, but by far their staff answered concerns and questions promptly and truthfully, so we decided to go with Indio.

The first year where conversion to use is all done manually - selling "the change" to staff has been challenging.

Great Platform
Vorteile
The software is fairly easy to use and help in getting those supplemental applications completed. I look forward to next year, when the information will already be there.
My favorite portion is how open customer service and the development team are. They take opinions and suggestions into consideration and implement them as quick as possible
Nachteile
I wish the questions where numbered to match the form. That would make it easier to see if all the questions have been answered. Sometimes when I compare the previous form to the one I complete in Indio, I cannot find some of the questions.

Pros and Cons of Indio in my 6 month experience
In the 6 months I've have been using it I can see the benefits of the renewal process and filling out applications with the insured. I have only used e-signature once so far but really like how easy it is to use making the turn-around to get signed documents back much quicker.

E-signature --ease of getting documents to clients with quick turn around time.
Selection of Supplemental Applications available.
Nachteile
After I document for e-signatures has been sent to client you can't access it to view the email cover letter or resend if the insured might have deleted or can't find it. You have to reattach the files and start the process all over.

LOVE the software and use it daily. Such a great resource to help streamline my workflow.

Renewal Bliss
My insurance renewals use to take days or weeks to get all of the information gathered, with multiple emails back and forth with my client. Now using the Indio portal, the communication is much easier and quicker. Using this product I have been able to get my renewals completed in a day to a few days.

How easy it makes it to gather renewal information and completed/signed applications. Really has made renewals easier and faster.
Nachteile
The electronic signatures function is simple, but could use some more features. I think as the product keeps growing their will be added features and updates along the way.

Software without glitches or hassles!
The renewal process can be a very in-depth and disruptive process for our insureds. Indio makes it much easier for the clients, and presents them with a professional looking, easy to follow format for all of our carrier applications and data.

Web based, no down time to our operations to get started with it, no glitches or interruptions when we launched the product. It does everything it says and makes the data gathering process much easier for our insureds.

It is making the renewal process a lot smoother. What I have been struggling with is in many of the application there are date fields and I am finding that Indio either doesn't like the date fields on applications as I was getting kicked out so I stopped entering in the date.

I love the ease of doing business. I find this user friendly to use.
Nachteile
The date field issue I am having so I stopped adding in the dates in certain applications. I wouldn't say that it the least thing I like about this software. Its the only criticism I can provide at this time.

I really like the software, some updates are needed. The most effective change would be to have the ability to move submissions by cutting and pasting in the event you created the application/submission in the wrong month/year.

Get Indio now, if you haven' yet
Vorteile
The entire document sharing process with clients, as well as, the forms library has really cut a lot of what I do in half - time wise. I love that with the document sharing, its in real time and not an over-night activity. Seeing my clients, individually, the way Indio shows them really helps to see how far along we are in the renewal process.
Nachteile
There's nothing I really like "least' about Indio, its just getting more clients to coming around to using it that is a challenge.

Easy to Use

Ease of Doing Business
Working to be more efficient, Indio has helped us target pain points and deliver on ways to be more successful in our marketing practices. Customer Service and Implementation teams have been wonderful with training and support.

Allows people to be more efficient with targeted needs of completing forms and applications. Also allows for customization of internal products which is very helpful as well.

Great Product and Support
The experience with Indio has been wonderful. From the sales team to the implementation team they have been so easy to work with and genuinely helpful.
By selecting Indio we are making it so much easier to communicate with our clients on upcoming renewals. It streamlines our processes with supplemental apps and is a one stop shop for getting signatures.

We had quite a few forms missing that needed to be digitized, but if that is the worst thing, it's not really all that bad!
