Quire has raised the collaboration between me and my colleagues to a whole new level. Love it!
Increased collaboration, easy to use and teach others.
Vorteile
Very easy to use. It can also be used as a reminder, although that is not its primary task. Development collaboration has become easier because of it.
Nachteile
I wish they would add Kanban boards and make it more visually appealing. Also wish to see more and more project management tools added to it if possible.

Clean and simple interface

Vorteile
I like the organizational structure it has for the tasks the most. Other software that I've looked at lacked that element. For my purposes, I needed to have a well structured task list so I can look at progress and understand where it's at.
Nachteile
I did have a bit of trouble figuring out the various user types - that can get confusing. There's also a default 30 member limit, so groups with large sizes will need to request for a larger member quota.

Team management
Very excited so far.
Vorteile
I have an office with too many projects going on at the same time. Quire allows me to keep an eye on everything, assigning responsibilities and following up as it goes. Further, I susoect I will not need to meet with the team as often as we did.
Nachteile
I would like to see a wsy of adding deadlines to each task. I have been unable to do so Maybe the feature is there, I just have been unable to ise it.

Vorteile
Very simple checklists. It lets you add files to lists and have a little chat to each task where you can discuss the task.
Nachteile
Some features are kind of hidden. It's very simple to do the basic stuff, but it takes a while for you to find everything

Quire is a great way for managing tasks and projects. It helps me manage my deadlines.

- Deadlines are a great way of implementing time management in all the projects.
- Projects creation is very easy and with great privacy features.
- Email reminders are a good thing to bring you back on track.
Nachteile
- The interface can be a bit more interesting. It is a bit pale with not much interactivity or colors. The experience using this tool can be more engaging.

Simple, easy to use
Quire isn't trying to take over all the software in your office. It's just a good, simple way of managing what you have to do next and who has to do it. Hook it up to Google Drive and save all the pertinent files for each stage and it's a fantastic resource for after your project is done, too. Client doesn't remember signing off on that 17th change request? Let me just go find that stage in the process, click the link to the file on drive, and there ya go. Got a new person on the team? Take them through a complete process, then let them use it as documentation going forward. Super useful, super simple, and very customizable. Also, their team is responsive, helpful, and nice. Highly recommended service.

This is one of the best software to manage day to way work for me.

I like how my calendar is sorted for every week at the start of the week and I do not need to manage the work and projects via. various apps and softwares.
Nachteile
I believe the product can be improved by using more bright colors like Asana. That would make the product more life-like.

Quire is the best option for a deadline-driven job, with plenty of help and tools for the perfect time and expense management.
Vorteile
The simplicity and elegance of this program is amazing. The key to a great project is organization, and this app is perfectly tailored to the needs of any business with projects to complete.
Nachteile
I would love to see a log of completed projects broken down into weeks, months, years, etc. so that you could reflect on past accomplishments.

Been using Quire as a way to list my development roadmap tasks in a visual way. So far no...
Vorteile
I like that Quire is visually attractive and simple to use. I like that I can pretty much nest task infinitely since it works for my development roadmap needs!
Nachteile
When sharing my projects, users have to register an account to view my lists. This is a bit annoying!

Fantastic software; great for layers of detailed tasks
Quire was the perfect answer to manage a couple of UI audit projects that ended up having hundreds of tasks over dozens of different pages. The infinite nested tree structure made it easy to zone in to a specific section, and the added benefit of having description, attachment and comment threads PER INDIVIDUAL TASK made it that much more powerful. I've used other task managers like Wunderlist and Workflowy, but Quire had the right amount of speed, usability and enjoyable user interface to be the solution of choice.

The structure won't box you in
When trialing this software, I noticed some (good) similarities to Asana, which I have used some in the past. However, Quire's hierarchical structure is very freeing, allowing you to nest any number of tasks to create the structure you need instead of forcing you into the structure they want you to use. I could definitely see this software being helpful to me in the future. I recommend you give it a try.

Quire is what I've needed all along: mapping out complex tasks, simply and elegantly.
After watching this TED talk: http://ed.ted.com/on/OQFsvelw in January, I knew I needed to find a new system for managing my projects. Spreadsheets didn't work, task lists didn't work. So far there's nothing about Quire I would change! and it works great from my cell phone browser, and their customer service rep tells me there's Android & iOS apps in the works.

Quire as collaborative task management
Support is awesome and pro-active. I'll be keeping an eye on Quire and switch to it as soon as custom fields will be available.
Vorteile
The overall simplicity is a pleasure, and the user experience (look, reactivity) is very pleasant.

There's a couple of features I miss (user fields, custom stat/report, API)
