Among the remote connection softwares Anydesk is the lightest, really easy to use for your peers, they just launch the executable, tell you the number ID and allow remote access.
The interface is simple and easy to understand, with latest connections below and your ID in the top. To connect to a remote machine just fill the white upper blank field and wait for connection. Be sure to have a good quality line on both sides. Once connected you will interact as you were physically in front of the computer, with your keyboard and mouse. Of course you can also transfer files. The free connections last for 60 minutes.
A really good program, you should have it on your pc.

The field where you have to write the ID number of your peer is a bit hidden

Anydesk is easy to say and tell people how to get, and seems solidly built. It updates much more regularly than it used to. I feel like Anydesk 5 was out forever and now they're on 7 only a year or two later.

Nachteile

Setup is non-traditional for permanent installation. It isn't clear to normal users how it works right off the bat to secure a system with a password.

As a system engineer, I use any desk for my daily task operation. When I need to troubleshoot our customer's issues with remotely, I used anydesk. It is very useful and helpful, easy to use, light weight, Simple GUI, I can change anydesk user name and crate password. The most i like feature is I can control and monitor with my Phone and I don't need to install to use this software.

No Cons, But sometimes, when I access and connect others anydesk Id, I wa faced that any desk software shows the waiting time seconds screen.

Anydesk è un programma molto semplice da usare sia lato utente che lato amministratore. Ottima la possibilità di lanciarlo senza bisogno di installarlo e semplice il download da parte dei clienti direttamente dal sito. Procedendo invece con l'installazione si può utilizzare l'accesso non presidiato che funziona molto bene. La versione gratuita permette di valutare tutte le funzionalità per un tempo adeguato. Il prezzo per l'acquisto della licenza è davvero concorrenziale rispetto alla concorrenza.

Nachteile

Bisognerebbe evitare che l'utente possa controllare il pc contemporaneamente all'utente remoto per evitare confusione e semplificare la modalità in cui si accetta la richiesta di connessione che è il punto più difficile da far comprendere. La funzionalità WOL spesso non funziona e bisogna ricorrere a software di terze parti per inviare il magic packet e "Svegliare" il pc.

I use Anydesk a lot to connect to my coworkers and quickly collaborate on tasks within the project. Anydesk is very easy to use and quite affordable.
I like that I can access anydesk on my phone. That has come in handly a couple of times in my work life so far.
I also like that I can transfer files between my computer and the computer that I am connected to. This feature is quite useful.
Did I mention that I can connect to more than one machine at the same time? Another one of my favorite features about Anydesk.

Anydesk used to be completely free for use but nawadays they have started charging. The good thing is that the price is affordable so this is not really much of a disadvantage.

Solution facile d'emploi et très bonne concernant le transfert de fichiers (surtout comparé à des solutions tel que TeamViewer).
Avantage certain économiquement car licence calculée uniquement sur base des connections simultanées et pas sur base du nombre de postes clients.

Quand il y a des problèmes de serveurs (ce qui arrive assez souvent) et que vous ne savez plus vous connecter, aucun suivit de support technique.
L'ouverture de ticket (commercial ou technique) n'est jamais suivie de réaction (deux semaines pour avoir une réponse !!!)
Déjà plusieurs fois bloqué dans notre activité sans avoir la moindre réaction de leur support technique.
Donc globalement solution à éviter si vous souhaitez quelque chose de fiable.

AnyDesk is very easy to using no need to install the application in windows. Without my ID nobody's access my system. I can't to save my previous accesses system. One of the main feature is I can able to connect mobile to and Desktop and Desktop to Mobile. AnyDesk is available for both desktop and mobile.

The ability to access my desktop from anywhere around the world via AnyDesk on my laptop comes in handy. AnyDesk also provides security features like encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect my remote desktop sessions which is one of the things I mostly like about it. Even the User interface is very neat and friendly plus when I first installed the application on my PC, it was very easy to set it up without any instructions or anything.

I think this would be that its not free for commercial use like I generally have to use it for my own self but if in future I want to use it commercially maybe I'll have to look for other free tools or compare them with AnyDesk to see which one is cheaper and offers most amazing features in budget price segment. Other than that AnyDesk should also ensure authentication as some scammers from Bangalore use it to rob genuine people from abroad . The company should ban such accounts and monitor its authentic use.

It's been a very great experience using AnyDesk. It is very easy to take remote access to anyone's system using AnyDesk. The main best thing I found in my experince while using AnyDesk I can transfer files and I can copy paste content between the local and remote devices.

El producto es extremadamente fácil de utilizar y muy intuitivo. Llevo usándolo varios años para trabajar y no tengo ninguna queja. Personalmente, las funciones que más me gustan son el poder acceder en cualquier momento a un monitor sin importar si esté conectado o no. También me gusta mucho que se pueda elegir los permisos que dar a la persona que se conecta, por ejemplo no tienes porque darle permisos para modificar si no quieres.

Si tuviese que poner alguna pega sería que cuando te conectas a un ordenador para realizar tareas junto a otra persona, se pueden llegar a generar errores si los dos estáis tocando a la vez la misma pantalla.

I use "Any Desk" and transfer the files.

Basandosi su server esterni il servizio non risulta disponibile durante l'aggiornamento degli stessi, fortunatamente l'operazione di aggiornamento non è così frequente.Risulta un po' fastidioso il fatto che, tra una sessione e l'altra, non viene memorizzato l'ordinamento di visualizzazione (per nome, per data, etc) cosa che invece era perfettamente funzionante nelle versioni precedenti.

I use Anydesk to build firewall for remote offices and i love its features. Lets talk about security, when you install Anydesk, you have to authorize remote person to access your PC. It was wakeup LAN feature too. It has built in file transfer feature which will help you to trasnfer any files between remote and loca PC also chat facility to talk to your colleagues. Good thing is it uses port 80 and 443 for the client to connect to remote PC which is standard port and hence nothing to worry about firewall rules.

Only issue i have found with Anydesk is sometimes unattended access stops working and we may have to restart to make it work.
