Has some good features. But not sure if it is worth the costs when it was advertised and completely free. There was no descriptions that said its free as long as you purchase xxx amount of labels etc. It was advertised as completely free when i signed up.

When we found this software it was advertised as free forever as long as you wanted. Then somewhere along the line they changed it and never let me know. So now they want to charge . If I signed up when it was advertised as free forever, You should grandfather those of us that chose to try out the software.

This asset management software is a great tool for any IT department that cannot afford the big and heavy competitors. All that you have to do is buy the asset tags.

Software is busy on the UI side. Would be nice if they laid out the information more effectively and not all on the same page.

Flexibility and Report Writing. Most of the program is self-explanatory and as long as you don't hit the delete button, mistakes are easily fixed. Mass update and repetition is awesome.

Have experienced a couple of discrepancies that required assistance from customer service as I couldn't navigate the software to determine what the issue was. Although the technical team provides excellent customer service, I would rather be able to solve issues myself.

This product is simple, intuitive and has all the features we were looking for to tag and track all our equipment in a small non-profit. Almost impossible to mess up. Just found the "replicate" feature today when adding multiple items, fantastic!

Easy to website to learn. We can add lots of details for our assets. Works between the phone app and website seamlessly.

Can be slow at times. Other than that, we had almost no issues with the software so far. I cannot complain.

Firstly its free but it has many features that are well thought through such as it allows you to replicate assets already in the system to save user input. The ability to generate asset codes, use tags or scan and use bar codes is excellent.

Nachteile

The software is not quite flexible enough on report customisation and it would also be useful to be able to move the fields around on the input screens to make the order that you fill them out more logical. This is important when you create custom fields to add to the inbuilt ones. In would also benefit from being able to do simple calcs based on field inputs and show a results field. ie if this then that.

Looked for something similar but also a register you can customize, Asset Tiger has worked out perfect for us.

The number of ways you are able to sort and view the assets makes it very easy for us to run reports depending on the information we want to view.

We wish you could check out equipment as you are entering a new asset. With being a new start up we have a lot of equipment to enter and then check out, it would be nice to be able to do that from one screen.

almost everything, the way they have classified the system. like the departments, categories, funds,, locations and sites. it makes adding assets easy and has wonderful report generation.

It has worked seamlessly for us in companion with CHEQROOM. It scans in less than a second and has made our process of checking out equipment incredibly simple and streamlined.

We selected a color scheme that matches the look and feel of our institution. It would be great if there were a more vibrant color option available with our institution's color palette.

This has the exact functionality we were looking. We wanted to track assets to the employees as well as capture price, purchase dates, and other pertinent information. I downloaded the mobile app and was able to pull up asset information by scanning our asset tags.

I haven't found any yet. We are a small company and initially on had 80 assets and 50 employees to enter.

I can't believe this software is free. It's beautiful, extremely fast (kudos developers), has plenty of features, has mobile apps, ...

Absolutely none. The mobile app assets could maybe be a little bit more user-friendly but it doesn't really bug me too much.

Ability to add images of devices and signing in and out of devices works really well via the app.

Occasionally have a connection refused issue via the web browser and have to wait 30 mins before I can assess the page again.

The system just makes sense. Easy interface. I wasted weeks trying other software, dealing with sales people, screwing with making my own excel sheets, and so on. We even contemplated having a simple web app made by our IT company.

There's really nothing worth stating. There's always details of software that individuals might want to change but this system does everything I need.

The price is amazing! It's fairly easy to use, and there is an app available for cloud access as well. An administrator's dream!

There are definitely some concessions to be made over a standard IT asset management platform. Some customization was required in that regard (adding many fields). But for the price, and the availability of the app, I can't really complain too much.

It was so easy to set up the categories, departments & etc. Once you have it set up for your business, it just figures the depreciation for you and importing our assets into the system was effortless. And I really like the format and how the form is laid out. Very user friendly.
