Great customer service and very reasonable prices for the product. We have more control over how to run our affiliate program - we can decide to have lifetime cookies instead of having to accept what an affiliate network offers. Many more features than we found anywhere else. The support experts have always been very patient with my ignorance, they read my emails and answer my questions (it amazes me how many "customer service" people don't answer the question I ask - PAP does), and they are very knowledgeable.

Nachteile

We have to manage the program ourselves. Like most programs, once you learn it, then it is easy to use.

Great price. Easy to use with "some" knowledge of html (otherwise get your graphics designer to help you). Adaptable. There are so many additional features to choose from. Videos and tutorials come standard to all of my affiliates (worth it's weight in gold).

My only con...because I think outside the box... In my industry we do a lot of educating in Skype. When I first got started I was a bit of a deer in headlights when it came to the basics. While they offer so many videos, I felt I wanted to maximize my time better and just get on skype with someone to go over the very basics. 1 hour max. Offered as a Pay for Option, I would always take this. My time is too valuable. I need to get right to the point. This is not really a con...just a possible new revenue stream for Quality Unity. The educators need not be your top programers. Just someone with the skills to get a basic person started.

There are times I get stuck and trying to figure out where to go and fix things. While there are other affiliate software apps out on the market, the only one I can recommend is PAP (PostAffiliatePro), as no one has better tech support that available 99% of the time.

There are times I wish i could do a skype call or zoom, which would make it much easier.

Very complicated to set up. Only 3 out of every 10 users are able to understand setting things up. A great deal of hand holding and walking people through set up. The setup videos are from an older version of the software.
You cannot combine coupon options. Many of our affiliates want to offer an incentive to their customer base - this is not possible inside PAP.

I like the fact that you can literally see what all your affiliates are doing in real time. The reports generated simplify life dramatically. Having the capability to employ an army of affiliates to bring business to our site is awesome!

I can't really say there is anything I don't like about the software. The main thing I don't like is my lack of just understanding basic computer technology. The good thing is that the customer service people are absolutely amazing! I have changed sites before and needed to change over certain technical blah, blah, blah and instead of charging me, they spent all day helping transfer all my things over! Truly Awesome Team!!!

What I like most is the constant improvement, rapid correction of minor errors and customer service.
I love the integration with multiple websites and shopping carts, I tested several programs and Post Affiliate Pro is simply the best around.

although there is an app, I think it is best to have a sensitive subject that suits mobile devices, and although it's a little hard, I wish the old customers can have more option to order custom development :)

This does not mean that this discontent, however, but now I'm happy, I would be happy if that were possible.!

PAP is probably the best customer support experience I have ever had. After spending hundreds on a developer trying to get a competitor's product setup correctly with no success, I had no choice but to keep looking.

I found post affiliate pro next. The team setup the whole software for me custom to my specific requirements, made sure everything was working properly and answered any questions. The software also has way more functionality than anything else I've tried.

Honestly, I work with dozens of vendors each quarter and this is probably the best experience I've had this year.

I HIGHLY recommend post affiliate pro.

the customer service is ok so long as you stay on top of them. If you have issues you can get them on the phone to help you through most of your issues which is what I love. The sign up page looks professional and can appeal to an affiliate. they offer a CRM, and banners to promote your business.

You have to depend on the support team to make most changes unless you are a developer. It is not always easy to communicate during the day as their support team is locate in Slovakia, they do not offer branded websites for affiliiates or replicated sites, with that said they are not US based.

This software was the ONLY affiliate software to handle our multi-currency website. Other affiliates said they did, but they based the payout on the number before conversion. Essentially when someone used DKK as a currency, the affiliate got 150% of the sale. It was bleeding my client until I set this up.

The set up is the most difficult set up for modern technology. It reminded me of setting up a forum back in the 90s. They really could use some updating.

Really, for me, it was the price point I liked most. The robust platform and software do everything other affiliate program providers do at a fraction of the cost. Second, I love the customer service you receive coupled with their knowledge base—every question gets answered and you are never left hanging for too long. Another thing I really like is the ability to customize the affiliate/merchant platform user interface for both affiliates and the merchants. I'm sure there's a lot more I'm forgetting but I'm 100% satisfied with Post Affiliate Pro.

No real complaints. I do have recommendations for furthering the product like creating and implementing an automated payout system and creating a Post Affiliate Pro network where publishers can create accounts with Post Affiliate Pro and have the platform use their information to expedite their application process to other advertisers' programs. A couple of publishers told me they weren't partnered with Post Affiliate Pro and that was preventing them from joining our program.

This is the affiliate software if you want to have a documented solution to integrate with other systems. In our case we needed integration with WHMCS, to update new affiliates and their orders to Postaffiliatepro.

This software fulfilled our needs, and also our need of more complex sub affiliate structure (forced matrix 3 x 5). This was not the first affiliate software we tried, but first one which really worked, also related to the integration with Prestashop (customers and order).

Nachteile

Some information of API needs more detailed explanation. It was nice to have code samples of the WHMCS side, but was missing more details how to integrate API in the PAP side, especially related to mapping of parameters to campaign.

It is not a plug and play solution as you will need to learn the ropes but once you understand it and have learnt it, you will not regret using this. We have not regretted this.

We are a small/medium ecommerce business with about 100 affiliates, about 30 of them are active. Post Affiliate Pro is a great value and, in my experience, has been quite reliable at tracking conversions. For the price the features are well rounded. Our affiliates use the banners that we provide and several have been promoting our business very successfully. Payout is easy using PayPal mass payments and the downloadable data from Post Affiliate Pro.

The user interface and menu structure is challenging to learn. Also, It would be nice to have some educational material about running an affiliate program for those (like we were) who were new to the topic.

tired commissions and tracking through the website is usually pretty close. When it tracks commissions correctly, it is great. Ability to track all customer payouts is great.

Needs to integrate with Zapier.
Can't do commissions in multiple currencies. Can only have 1 currency. Half my clients are Canada, ?Half are the USA. Canadians want CAD and US want USD. This leaves me in the middle.
Should fix servers and spam settings. Emails through post affiliate pro end up in trash/junk 75% of time. Contacted the email providers and was told it is a software issue, not an email provider issue.

The lack of options on commission terms was a deal breaker, not being able to choose anything between 365 days and lifetime just does not work for us. Why you cannot have a 2 year or 3 year option is mind boggling and costing you customers.
