I have used many of the other major apps and by far this is the easiest and most inexpensive app out there.

All the features and uses in ONE app. We were tired of having 10 apps for everything...This is an all-in-one program that works amazing for large teams that work in different locations. This is the first software company I have ever worked with that actually listens to feature requests! Everything I have asked for has either been implemented, or is in the works. And that is within 6 months of use.

Couple minor features that were not available right away, but they have added them all!

Lots of useful features like Updates, Chat, Training, workflow, timesheet etc and every feature is well designed keeping the end user in mind.

Support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was unbelievable. Quick and apt response.

Pricing is more than fair. The only challenge is the amount of time it takes to setup and digitize your entire workflow.

Trial period -

Duration of trial (14 Days) is quite less to effectively evaluate the many features and arrive at a decision. The folks at Connecteam must also consider that the reviewer has other jobs he is responsible for so a 1 month trial would be ideal or give a time based usage like - '10 hours' instead of 14 days trial maybe

The trial period should have been for 'Basic' or 'Advanced' plan instead of 'expert'.

It's so easy to setup and get started with. There is a lot of features and opportunities which every company can use.

Some features do miss basic things like conditional answer in forms and the onboarding solution is just a list which the user have to go trough and not a journey

Connecteam was an instant hit with our people ops team. The super friendly user interface makes it easy to accomplish everyday HR tasks.

The only thing my team wishes for with Connecteam is that it can be more customized for mobile workforces in multiple locations.

I trialed about 10 shift management solutions and connecteam's shift scheduling functionality was the only solution alongside their mobile app that would work for my department. I had some questions and feature requests early on and their support team was very responsive and professional.

Nothing too bad to say here. I wish there were some reporting features but I'm sure that'll come with more time.

Once you learn the system it really opens up its value. The scheduling component and shift assignment, now that I have built templates is very straight forward.

I wish there were more queries available for looking at an entire month and each user over time. It would be helpful to see how many shifts and employee has been assigned in a months time. Also, it would be helpful to have more queries related to date ranges - as in "how many shifts has an employee worked over 1, 2 or 3 months" or, "how many employees are not assigned shifts in this month" - or similar.

Connecteam does exactly what it says it will do and then some. The streamline nature of the app will make it easy to implement into my organization. Hopefully, we can do away with the paper & pen!! Thank you so very much for the well thought out app!!

We like the GPS location reporting of where our team members are clocking in from. Being in the construction field, our job-sites change on a daily basis. Great value for the savings we received from either accidental or intentional time punches.

It helps small business and is very different from other options, thats a good thing. It also have good UX.

The eye candy launch pad is amazing and the mobile application is very much uncomplicated, with simple yet effective home menus and easy to use. The intuitive and smart way the launch pad was built not only is giving me many ways to communicate productively with my team, but is also affecting positively our revenue, as we are on top of everything in real time. I am also spending less time on my desk and more on the operation.

It could offer more languages, as I do have team members that do not speak English. The time clock in my case is isn't the most appropriate tool, but for now I don't know how it could became better.

Easy to use; alerts employees right away and allows me to chat with them. They can use it to show when they’re available and there’s ample room for notes and other info critical to their work.

Have to upgrade to be able to schedule multiple shifts; would be nice if we could schedule several shifts at once.
