Time saver
Set up was easy. Overall the experience has been good.
Vorteile
I love that smarter queue saves me time. Social media is one less thing to worry about.
Nachteile
Not being able to schedule stories is a bit of a pain as this is where we want to expand next.

This has been a gamechanger for us. We are happy with our experience and the software.

First year review
It took a while to transition from Hootsuite, and I thought it was easier to track multiple posts using that software.
Vorteile
Pricing, though I wish they had a monthly option.

Would like an American (Monday-Sunday) setting.

This software saves us hours every week and has made it easy for us to manage 20 Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms

There is very little I dislike about the product. Nothing worth mentioning here

This app offers easy integration with social media platforms and offers the added option to multi-post evergreen blog posts and inspirational messages.

Great Value That Delivers Results
I am trying to expand my social reach across multiple platforms using an automated delivery system while still delivering quality content.
Vorteile
The ability to organize my social media by category along with a master weekly plan for delivery, including evergreen content. I also love the ability to create multiple variations of content and images for evergreen content.
Nachteile
I can't think of anything. Perhaps when I use it more, I will find things I could recommend.

SmarterQueue - a game changer!
Vorteile
I like that the software makes a post evergreen and that it let's you categorize your posts. It helps me organize my posts and make sure that we consistently provide different types of posts.

Always Learning
I'm always learning something new! I wish there could be a support call included once a month in the package to help trouble shoot some of the road bumps I come across.
Vorteile
I love that I can schedule posts to the platforms we use directly from one place. I much prefer spending a focused amount of time setting up the posts and then I can forget about it and let SmarterQueue do the work.

Amazing social media product
A absolute set up in my business model and would not be without it!

It would be great if some of the content is coming to an end of the cycle that you could be made a aware to decide if you would like it to continue.

Intuitive and effective
I used SmarterQueue for half of my social media posting and am happy with the way it has increased traffic to the site.
Vorteile
The software is intuitive in that it prompts you to add more posts and time slots if you don't have enough variety. It's effective in that it does a lot of the posting work for me, leaving me to focus on engagement. This software is value for money for one brand.
Nachteile
It's gets expensive to add all social media pages/profiles. I suggest a discounted rate for adding more than four profiles/pages if you're already a customer. I have 12 and it gets expensive to add more than four.

Best overall social media management tool
Vorteile
This is the only tool that lets you post to all main social media, including Google at a reasonable price. It is easy to use and you can pre-load your postings as far ahead as you like. I also love the recycle feature. Highly recommended!
Nachteile
Still can’t edit a post once that effects all social media accounts.
Also not a huge fan of the layout for the queue. It would be nicer to see the image of the post larger.

The best value of any I tried
Really delighted with it after testing many other products. It's saved me hours.
Vorteile
The most important feature I was looking for was the ability to recycle ever-green posts. Other software either didn't have this or was out of the price range of me as a sole trader.
The user interface is so intuitive.

Makes keeping up with posts easy.

Able to turn 1 post into 7 posts simply by adding alternative images and changing words for 1 single entry.

I don't really understand the posting plan and end up with several posts within the same timeslot.

Time saving and consistency in showing up
It's made a huge difference to my business, making sure I am putting out content on a regular basis and that it doesn't take too much of my time to do.
Vorteile
I absolutely love the feature to pull in my blogs (and those) of others and share direct to my social channels, and being able to personalise channel to channel. I also love that posts can be recycled, saving huge amounts of time in uploading every month, and also preventing me forgetting or not having the time to do it

I haven't got my head around categories yet or the calendar, maybe that could be explained more in the sequence of emails at the start?

Great value
It has saved me a ton of time and money by being able to put my evergreen posts in a loop rather than fighting through a spreadsheet.

SmarterQueue is pretty intuitive, so I needed to "learn" very little to start using it.

Getting Started with Smaerterqueue
It is refreshing to see the company go so above and beyond to help the client.
Vorteile
I was a user turned administrator and wasn't sure where to begin. The team at Smarterqueue was quick to respond and give me a personal demo to answer all of my questions! Vlad was clear and patient with my questions.
Nachteile
At first it seemed pretty complex. I wasn't sure where to go and how to view all of the content. I am still learning this and feel more comfortable.

I love that I get an over all view of my social media adverts.

Knowing that the time I am spending on my social media post is freeing up my time in the future has made me actually excited about creating content.

I wish there was a way to schedule content to come out on Holidays... like week one in december etc.

Amazing Program!

Vorteile
This program easily allows me to set up, plan, and post to almost all my social media at one time. I can schedule a year in advance if I want. Further the variety of categories has actually got me to start writing blogs! Customer service is outstanding. They actually get back to you and when they, they resolve the problem or answer your questions completely. Finally, it is super affordable considering how much time I would have to spend doing it on my own for each outreach.
Nachteile
I wish it was easier to edit a post after I have saved it. Right now I have to go to each one individually to make changes, once the post has been created.

OMG STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW AND START USING THIS
Just easy and the biggest time saving service that we have ever invested in. Its like having another employee that does social media 24/7.
Vorteile
This is SO easy to use. Hands down the best thing ever! I went from managing one page to 5 pages. And with SmarterQueue I am now saving about 2 hours a week and am able to manage 5 pages instead of the 1 page that I had before.

I mean it could be free. Other than that this is amazing keep up the great work!

Very clear!
I am glad to have heard of the company and was very impressed. Usually, I find the apps/blog that help understand social media very complicated and I get lost quickly. This one gave me a positive feeling! I felt it might help me to be more in control of my communication on social media.
Vorteile
I loved the clarity of how we can use tools, the short videos that introduce the tools with simple words, and the clarity of the answer when I asked questions over the live chat.
Nachteile
After 30 days it's not free anymore. Not a critic, but not looking forward to the paying part! If I enjoy the trial part I might continue.

While I did find the software a bit overwhelming to use, they offered to schedule a 1:1 video call with me which helped a ton.

So happy I am using SmarterQueue
This is allowing me to be more consistent, in more locations through out the internet, with less time & with the ability to stay branded within multiple platforms.
Vorteile
The ability to post in multiple platforms in a variety of ways, all in one location.
Nachteile
The only annoying thing is with LinkedIn, but that could be the platform more than SmarterQueue. I do appreciate that SmarterQueue notifies me ahead of time to take action.
