Ramp was easy to implement. We were using the system within an hour. I love the flexibility and security of individual virtual vendor cards to control spending, My staff loves the convenience of submitting receipts and reimbursements.

I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Ability to audit and approve expenses on the go. Bill pay integration with Xero for fast, easy reconciliation.

Nachteile

Nothing so far. Once we set up our internal processes for workflow and auditing it has been smooth sailing.

The ease of use, the fact that we can sync multiple times a day, and the way we are able to view the transactions in Sage are all great features.

I don't have any major negative, we have had very positive feedback from everyone using it.

Ramp is easy to use and has great features that will be helpful to most companies. They are constantly upgrading to add value to their product and customer service, when needed has been great.

Nachteile

The statement would be better for us if it was broken down by card. Instead all transactions are in one group by transaction date.

I love that you can upload and submit receipts from your mobile phone it makes keeping track of expenses much easier.

Sometimes when certain things are purchased, like a hotel room for business purposes, a text is never sent to the end user to upload a receipt and memo. It must be manually done on the admin side.

Sometimes my receipt will not upload while using chrome on my mobile device. Might have more to do with my wifi, actually.

I like how easy it is to upload receipts and to fill in the required information for submitting them, either on my phone or or on my computer. I never imagined expenses could be done so easily

Sometimes, when I can't remember if i've submitted a receipt for reimbursement, searching through long lists of my expenses means it is hard to find if a receipt is in there or not.

Easy to use mobile app. Excellent platform to capture and process receipts.

Difficult to reach customer support. I had an issue with the app not allowing multiple expense splits but was unable to get customer support to assist. I eventually received an email but it was not timely.

The ease of use and visual appearance. I also appreciated the spend control functions offered and Ramp Flex products.

The unpredictable nature of the moving business limit. Very hard to predict and currently looking at other products after a surprise drop in limit and freezing of cards.

My usage is just as a credit card. Its very easy to use for department spending. I can give access to my staff to use for supplies, etc. I receive spending update emails so I always know how much I've spent and how close I am to my monthly budget limit.

I have to enter documentation and receipts for purchases which takes time, but is not too bad.

This is not a ramp problem, more of a personal issue when I forget the receipt or throw it away before taking a picture or uploading it to the site.

The ease of use is no doubt the best feature of RAMP. When running a company with multi-level departments our credit card program must work for us.

I like the option it gives for corporate cards and spending. I’m not at a business size that is in need of that option at this time but if for some reason in the future I see my business growing I’ve definitely got ramp at the forefront of my consideration on what to use to track spending and cash flow automation.

I really like the ease of using Ramp. It's so straightforward to validate expenses, and submit receipts. Also, the UI is extremely intuitive and there is a very small learning curve. I appreciate that it takes less than 1 minute to do an expense report, unlike other incumbents

Honestly, I don't see any cons to this product. Everything works as it should, only thing that might be a good add-on is to enable better searching of past transactions

Communication with financial staff can be improved. If the communication can link to our emailing provider would be great. I’ve attempted to FU from within the app, but it did not message to the receiver.

As someone who’s job relies heavily on building relationships and networking the ease of being able to take someone to coffee or support a family who just had a baby and track that for accounting purposes allows me to do my job with ease!

Sometimes the texting features of Ramp can be confusing or not input correctly on the app so you might have to go into the app and “clean-up” how it gets inputted.

It's super easy to submit my expenses with the vendor suggestions and mileage calculations. The ability to select a specific account for direct deposit makes it fast and easy to receive funds.

Ramp allowed us to give each employee an expense account that we can control in real time. There's no waiting around to issue a card - it's all done in real-time in our portal, and we can turn them on and off as needed.

The Zoho Books integration was not as user friendly as we would have liked, however we're moving to Quickbooks in 2024 and believe this will be a better fit for us.

Literally Ramp has made reconciling our cc usage stupidly simple. Half the time after purchasing something, I've got the receipt uploaded and purchase coded before event getting back to my car. There's no excuse for missing receipts or putting off reconciling expenses any more.

Nachteile

Maybe the repetitiveness of email/text reminders, which doesn't happen often b/c it's too easy to handle it immediately. But there are instances where we're waiting on receipts/invoices and the reminders can be a bit much.

Simple, user-friendly and easy-to-use platform. The ability to text your receipts to Ramp is the feature that you will use all day, every day. In this day and age, texting receipts for your expense reporting is a game changer.

Not (yet) having an ability to create a trip, perhaps this can be added in the future which will simplify life in more ways than present.,

I really like the fact that they send you a text message right after an expense. And you can respond on the spot, right after you paid, with the receipt and a memo. You don't ever need to remember to take the receipt and later go through the reimbursement process.

In addition, I really like how smooth the onboard experience is. They make it incredibly easy to onboard and activate your card.

The login is a bit frustration as they constantly ask you to login and the session seems to be very short lived (less than a day).
