Great software but has a learning curve.
Vorteile
It's easy to deploy and you can access the machines remotely without the need of a VPN.
Nachteile
The learning curve. Onboarding new employees to use it takes too much time.

A great tool to manage serval devices at once
Overall, a must have for any computer user
Vorteile
What I love about this product is that it allows me to access my desktop computer from anywhere I have internet access. It gives me full access to work from home and remotely whether on vacation or business trips. It has many functions that are easy to set up and manage. The costumer support has always been good and there are plenty of resources online to help the first time users. Also great for IT support with helping you manage and fix issues on your computer.
Nachteile
Not really anything I’ve found with this program that I don’t like. It kind of does it all. I guess being able to log serval users into one access would be helpful at times. So increase in functionality if possible.

Perfect i didnt need to do anything.

Good but still not great..!!
Vorteile
Remote desktop manager is a good tool to control other pc and it doesn't matter where are you sitting at. You can have fully access to other computer, obviously with the permission of the computer's admin or owner. It is a pretty secured tool so using it is completely safe and simple.

it has less features and needs to add much more features. Also there are often problem of connection error or connection breaks.

If you have a larger firm where you need to utilize multiple remote desktop applications, RDM can be useful for tracking various computer access information.
Nachteile
There is no integrated remote desktop interface, which is why we initially acquired the software. It isn't that useful for smaller companies that already use one remote desktop application.

Working Easily and Remotely
It's imperative that I stay connected with my job when working remotely so I'm glad this software helps me stay connected.

I work from home often so this program is very helpful in ensuring I stay connected with my Citrix applications.

I feel is there's heavy enough traffic of remote workers, the connectivity gets extremely slow. It's rare that this happens though.

A step in the right direction for remote desktop management
Vorteile
The biggest feature for me regarding Remote Desktop Manager is the ability to manage multiple connections through one interface.
Nachteile
It slows down my computer (system resource heavy) and the user interface is very daunting. If the interface was cleaned up a bit I think it would improve navigation.
