Nice experience. Metadata capable
Nice experience. I am able to group like session(s) and move tabs on the fly!
Vorteile
The ability to input abundance of metadata is awsome. IP address, name, hostname, variables about everything. Like it alot.
Nachteile
The one CON is slow initiation when launching the app. I might be overly critical here.

Use this application for your RDP needs
No issues and very happy with how it performs.
Vorteile
A nice, intuitive GUI and rock solid for our needs.
Regular updates with security and functionality updates.
Nachteile
A more intuitive method of going full screen for a specific session and back to the main window would be great.

Excellent!
Overall, very happy with this piece of software and would recommend it to people wanting to manage large RDP work loads

This makes it very simple to log into remote sessions and is far better than the windows option
Nachteile
The interface can be quite lagging on high resolution displays. This is a common complaint I’ve seen

Remote Desktop Management Packed with Features
Remote Desktop Manager has helped to organize remote access and share it with IT collegues. New collegues can get a jump start by using an organized vault of remote connections.
Vorteile
The software makes managing remote systems easier by supporting a lot of remote protocols like RDP, SSH, VNC and so on. It is packed with features like automatic logon and organizing entries. You can even save them to a database so you can share them with collegues.
Nachteile
The amount of features doesn't make the product easy to understand. I still have no clue which credentials are saved only for me, and which are visible for my collegues as well. Although we will continue using this product, I occasionally use something easier to connect to a remote system.

In a galaxy far, far away...
I'm connected to my clients 24/7/365, and I can't always rely on just a mobile app for the information I need. It's such a great experience to be able to log in to my desktop remotely and know that all my clients' information, all my tools and resources are right there when I need them. I can't afford to be left stranded and in turn leave my clients stranded, and the RDM makes my reliability possible.
Vorteile
I love being able to connect and work remotely on my projects from anywhere in the world without going through any complicated IT/networking training.
Nachteile
The preferences and feel isn't identical to being at my desktop.

Great for multiple Customers
Vorteile
It allows you to group the different boxes you access under a tree hierarchy. We put DV, PY and PD boxes under customer's name each time we've got VPN access to their servers, that way we always can easily identify them and access their servers. You can also export configurations very easily. Store credentials, preferences and certificates. Awesome.
Nachteile
This isn't a con particularly, but it's not a very innovative software. It's very simple and does it's job. Period.

Allows our remote IT support to access our office computers
Having this software allows us to receive support quickly from our in-house personnel, even though they are in a different office.
Vorteile
Our IT support team is in a different physical office, so when we need IT support, Remote Desktop Manager allows remote assistance in a straightforward and simple solution.
Nachteile
The user interface is fairly complicated and required our IT personnel to configure the software on initial installation.

I am able to access the systems in our other offices quickly and I have not had a problem since the innitial install. We had issues connecting with our old software. I am very pleased to say we have had no connection issues since we installed Remote Desktop Manager.

Overall i love using remote desktop manager when i work from home and i plan on continuing to use in the future

I love being able to view my exact desktop screen when i work from home. Its much easier than logging in through VDI

Its very difficult to view my double screen when I use the remote desktop at home because I only have 1 screen at home

Great for Mac to PC Use
There is not currently software for Macs that support our outdoor large digital signage. This program allows me to have access to another computer (PC) that does have software for our digital signage.
Vorteile
Love that I can remote access in to a PC to use other software that is not Mac compatible for work.
Nachteile
Keeping the software updated can be mildly tricky.
