Great management tool!
Being new to the child care industry I took the advice of my director who had used Procare before and purchased the system. I am so glad I did! I have not been disappointed with anything Procare and I have every extra available.

Great Product!
The software is very user-friendly; easy to navigate through. Our parents love being able to use an ipad. Having a pin code makes the process of signing in much easier than having to flip through a binder full of pages (especially when they are running late for work in the morning). Over all, we are very happy with Kinderlime!

Kinderlime Review
We've explored kinderlime for quite some time and it is a very 21st century way of organizing your after school. There are a lost of flexible options to fit the style of each program and a mobile app to use anywhere. Billing seems easy and practical and the reports are thorough and super helpful. It's a very nice service

Great Service
Now that I am proficient with ProCare I think it is a great software. It takes some time to learn the ins and outs and get comfortable with it. The best part about ProCare is the amazing support and great people that you work with when you call in. I have never had a bad experience with the support or sales teams.

Procare has offered our program an organized, fail-safe process for all our record keeping...
We use Procare for a multitude of operations. Anytime I've had a problem or needed tutoring, the Help Desk has been available within minutes. I truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Procare and nothing negative! It is indispensable to me in my daily responsibilities and tasks.

Wonderful Program!!!
Procare is a wonderful program! It is easy to use and has made my life so much easier! Before I used to have to beg parents to pay their bill but now that we accept tuition express they all pay their bills either online or with my card on file and I am receiving payments!!! Thank you Procare for everything!!

Once the program is set up it is so useful to use.
I love how available everything is when it is set up already. The customer service is invaluable! They always answer my questions so readily and are so polite and do not waste my time. So grateful..
However, I find setting up a report not intuitive to me and am regularly needing support in this area.

Simple and clean
We use Kinderlime for the Children's Ministry at church. It makes sign in and out quick and easy. Since this is not the exact purpose this system was designed for, we've created some ways to meet our needs. Anytime we've needed customer service, we've received friendly responses with thorough consideration.

Very User Friendly
I have found this to be much less cumbersome than the other software I was working with. I have had trouble posting more than two pictures at a time and having the parent portal work for the parents (although I am not sure they are not at fault.) I like how easy it is to post checks and get invoices out.

Pormpt reply and response
Procare is a huge part of our daily interactions with parents and staff. We needed to replace our fingerprint scanner and the support staff was helpful and responded to us in record speed. Tuition express
I have been using Tuition Express for years, the ease of use and the customer service is fantastic. I have never had a problem with this company. For me the customer service was the most important. If I ever had a problem, I could call them and get an answer right away. Keep up the great work.

I love Porcare!
As I am learning the Procare system, I am able to spend more time in the classrooms and less time at the computer managing payments with Tuition Express. The support team is Amazing and always showing me more that procure has to offer! Ben, Tom and so many others are always helpful when I call.

Having issues setting up fingerprint
Josh Russell was my tech and he was so helpful. He was patient even though I asked him a bunch of questions and where i was happened to be very loud. He stayed polite and professional, he made my experience extremely pleasant and i hope that he is my tech the next time i have a question.

Best Customer Support yet
I received the best customer service today. Justin was helpful and not condescending. It was so nice to get help and not be made to feel like an idiot in the process. Justin has my problem fixed in less than 2 minutes! Awesome is all I can say. All of your reps need to be like Justin.

Tom was so helpful and made calling Tuition Express today WAY better than I thought it would...
Tom Vu went above and beyond to not only help me with the problem that I was having but then to teach me some really helpful, and awesome things about Procare/Tuition Express that I didn't know existed. The things that he taught me to do will help me do my job so much faster! THANK YOU!

Ms. Michelle is a top notch, knowledgeable tech. I have used her help on two different occasions. She gives exceptional service and always on point with the problem. Job well done each time and I can follow her explanations. Wow, you go girl.

Uploading to The Cloud
I had to reschedule with Mark about 3 times. He was totally accommodating and changed every time without question. Once we finally started transferring to the Cloud we did run into a few bumps but he handled them all like a PRO!
He was a joy to work with! Thanks for everything!

I contacted support after having an issue after a sever patch. The tech, Michael, was fantastic. He took the time to explain what / why he was doing and got me back up and running with very little downtime. He also gave me additional tools to help in the event of future issues.

I would highly recommend Procare Child Care Management software to anyone in the field. I can't even imagine running this complex business without it. It is versatile and can be customized to fit your needs. Hands down the best Tech support of any software that I have used.

Kinderlime is a great sign-in software
It saves a lot of paper for the sign-in. As a director of my preschool, I know the exact number of students attended in the school.

LOVE this software
This child care management software makes it so easy to manage my preschool. I love the reports feature. I can pull up anything from parent payments to immunization that are due. I can even print out blank forms such as attendance or van attendance for use during the week.

Amazing Child Care Software
We started using Sandbox about a year and a half ago after a year of research. We LOVE using Sandbox. It has increased the quality of our program as a whole. We love the time clock for both staff and child check in. This system as saved our program a lot of time and energy.

This is an incredible, user friendly product. The support services are second to none. I am a former special education school administrator with 30 years of service and I have never seen such a great product. Seriously, I know what I am looking at and I know quality.

Problem with my reports. Amts were incorrect.
Randall was very pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated the time he gave helping me. I am not the best at computers so it sometimes takes a little patience when helping me. I really felt like he cared and wanted to help.

I spoke to Erich Norum and he was very helpful. As soon as I put in my request, he called me within 5 minutes and was very knowledgeable of Procare. If I ever need help with Procare, I would love to speak to him because he has very good customer service skills.

Living with Procare
Their customer support is the best in business. After dealing with them everyone else is trash. Great software, tough learning curve. It will do everything you need. Payroll and all the items subject to it are out of this world. My thumbs up for Procare.

Great app for daycares
We used this app for logging purposes for our daycare when we were full. They have a small charge but it was great software. I took a small break and once we get full again I'd use them again. They have great customer service. I highly recommend them

Connecting email
I called Procare to get help connecting Procare to my email server as I did not set it up correctly. Josh logged in remotely and quickly changed the settings for me and also let me know how to send a bulk email of the monthly ledgers. Thank you Josh!

Procare is a MUST have!
I just love my Procare. Never had a real problem with Procare just things I can't figure out. I just give them a call and it takes about 30 seconds for them to tell me what I need to do. You will not go wrong with this program. Again I LOVE IT !!

Tuition Express removes the financial component from the relationship you have with your parents, therefore improving your interactions with them.
It frees up hours of paperwork as well as paper costs and physical storage space of records.

I find it to be detailed and user friendly.
The software became even more user friendly after I received detailed step by step instructions on how to navigate trough it. I am new to procare but after receiving help from Bob I am now able to perform my duties with confidence and ease.

Good but lacks some basic features
Reports are not great should be able to generate reports based on various parameters like sign in and out of each child per day week and month with hrs attended per day. Overtime for child who stayed beyond certain times based on enrollment.

Very user friendly and easy to learn, when you need assistance all you have to do is call their support center and they will walk you through fixing your issues or can remotely log into your computer and fix the issues while you watch.

cust care executive was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the Procare System, which has helped me to be very knowledgeable as well. Jeff even shared with me some of the other features that I didn't know about as well.

SQL Problem
Called Procare, and within minutes, Josh Yoder had the problem fixed. For whatever reason, the connectivity between the software and the computer disappeared. It took virtually 3 minutes and we were up and running. Thanks Josh!
