I use it to keep track of cold emails
I still use it but I found google Sheets to be handier than this since we can pull data much more easily.
Vorteile
It is handy when it comes to availability at remote locations and different systems
Nachteile
Functions are limited. You have to customize most of the things according to your preferences to get what you need. Hence putting in extra effort.

The learning curve is pretty high but I'm hoping once I get over that then it will be easier and nicer to use

My kind of wiki style project management
A good collaboration tool which can be used in different purposes. I like being able to use templates as well as building from scratch.
Vorteile
I like the flexibility to use it in different aspects, different databases can be created, different types of views, tables, galleries, calendars and timeline tool.
Nachteile
The free version is limited so the price is a downer. Also it will be better to have drawing capabilities.

I like notion to keep stuff with me wherever in the world I am and to note stuff everywhere regardless the app I have with me.
Vorteile
I like how simple the app is, and same time how universal. Sharing thought around the team is so easy and platform free.
Nachteile
Sometimes I would love to have more privileges and be more accurate who can do what. its hard the code clean when you share it with bigger team.

I really like Notion!
I like Notion enough to recommend it as a documentation tool for teams!
Vorteile
Notion seems to be the more aesthetically-appealing cousin of Confluence. I found it very easy to use and navigate.
Nachteile
Unfortunately, I didn't have a ton of exposure to Notion, so it's hard for me to comment on any negatives.

Una herramienta todo en uno ideal para las gestión de proyectos.
Vorteile
Me gusta que todo esté en un mismo lugar y que a partir de un proyecto puedas ir abriendo tantas pestañas como sea necesario, pero siempre parte de un mismo lugar.
Nachteile
Demasiadas funcionalidades, menos es más. Otra cosa que no me gusta como usuario es que el contenido publicado no puedes hacer clic derecho para traducir a otro idioma.

It's very good at syncing between devices, and you can use it as multiple things such as a planner, notebook, etc. Very versatile!
