Enterprise Document Managment.
With Docushare I was able to make inventories of documents and then digitize them directly from the scanner to place them in their finsl folder. The digitization flow was effective and fast.
Vorteile
What I liked most about Docushare was its well-organized and intuitive design for the end user. Integrations with other high production tools and scanners. A corporate production software.
Nachteile
What I didn't like was when it came to customizing the tool, new modules are hard to come by.

Vorteile
DocuShare is a great software to use to upload and maintain important documents for any organization. It has reduced our time and effort in locating paperwork that would otherwise get lost. Any member of our team can quickly access documents whether it be for HR or administrative purposes. It has great functionality and use.

The cost of the software is high for small organizations

Vorteile
I like the ability to have my documents and files available to me anywhere and not to have to store all those paper files.
Nachteile
If one person is not the only person adding files, they need to be uniformly entered and sometime that's not always the case.
