I like how easy this is to use for my clients and how it includes so many different options, like including video, allowing people to buy products and programs directly, and having different kinds of appointments to choose or highlight. Plus, they seem to update the software with more options, so I need to learn how I can use its newer functions.

Nachteile

I wish this would allow me to schedule my own appointments with clients, but I work around it by signing up as if I were a client.

Their calendar widget loads AFTER the header and footer has loaded. It may confuse someone who is looking on such an app for the first time. They may want to handle this correctly.

There is a ton of functionality under the hood and unlike a lot of SaaS products, relatively easy to find. I like that paid appointments and free appointments can be built under one interface. Appointment pages are nicely customizable, making it easy to visually tie in with branding. Fast. Adjusts for time zones. Easy for people to cancel and reschedule their own appointments, saving me loads of time.

Single design on landing page, no matter what kind of appointment it is. The wording can be changed but only one design. That really is the only thing that bugs me, which isn't much.

Functionally, the system is pretty easy to navigate through. The Backend and front end look great.

Missing the ability to create recurring bookings. I believe they are working on it though and we all hope it’s available this year.

The thing I like best about Book Like a Boss is how convenient it is to send potential bookings a link to schedule a call. Putting the decision in their hands gives them a sense of agency and gets rid of that "when's good for you?" back-and-forth that can lead to unnecessary frustration.

Nachteile

The user interface can be a little confusing on the client side. It would be helpful if there was an obvious way for clients to leave contact info (they often forget!) or to specify the form of contact (phone or Skype, for example).

On my end, the dashboard is a bit overwhelming. I have a sense that there are features I'm not using / aware of because there's a lot going on there.

BLAB has so many features that I love. You can easily link your calendar along with adding products and setting up calls easily. As a branding expert, I love that you can also brand it to match your personal branding creating a cohesive experience for users.

I have used this software to schedule interviews for my podcast. This system has worked PERFECT ever since I set it up! NOT ONE ERROR! It sends reminder emails to my clients automatically. It sends me reminders as well. This is the ULTIMATE booking system (in my opinion)!

The "appearance" is not a fancy as what I think it could be. BUT - for the money - this is well worth the investment!

BLAB is one of the best purchases I've made! It gives you all you need to sell services and digital products without the hassle of creating a full website from scratch. You can even except booking through the platform with sms notifications and tons more!

Zero cons about this app because it has an active facebook group where you can always recommend features and the devs listen to everyone especially if a bug pops up.

It provides a standalone landing page to sell and schedule my services and I can easily embed the booking module in my wordpress site.
Everything is sync with my Google calendar and payment gateway (with Stripe) is integrated.
One last thing: E-mail and SMS reminders !!!

I love that when someone visits my link to schedule a time, they don't just see a white screen. They see a good looking background that I choose, my face, information about me and what I do, and even a little Q&A at the bottom to hopefully avoid commonly asked questions. It looks beautiful, it works beautifully, and after being spoiled by this booking service, I will not be going to another service.

Nachteile

The part that I liked least about this, is the startup. Getting all the information in, while trying to figure out how it works. Since it is different and has many more options, I had to learn what they all do, and then once I got my account made beautifully, and learned about what does what, no issues after that.

Fairly intuitive to use. Reasonable amount of features for the price. Has been a lifesaver for me as a solopreneurs

Early on, had a few issues with integration, but customer service was responsive and there's been lots of improvements since then.

Convenience - very simple, straightforward, designing of a calendar page. Accessibility - you can accept payment via credit card and paypal. Cost - very affordable and worth every penny. Although, you can use it for free and still get a lot of perks. Customer support is so personalized. Nachum is my favorite person. Very hands-on to customers free or paid. Keep it up!

API Integration - if you are not a techy person or doesn't have a paid ZOOM account, you cannot use the ZOOM feature. But there's always a way for things to work. I just didn't link it.

I greatly enjoy the customization, look and feel of this software - both for the administrator and for the end-user. It allows you to fully customize everything from the URL, to adding testimonials to colours and more. It has a very professional feel for the end-user and I love that it is a calendar view format.

Nachteile

Although there is a lot of customization options to utilize, the one thing I don't like is how the testimonials display on the front-end (ordering of name/testimonial) and there isn't much you can do about it.

I was never really much for online scheduling software until I was introduced to Book Like A Boss. For the first time, I saw the depth of the program and how much it could assist me, and take all too often "call-tag" from taking place. It is a convenient way for my clients to schedule and get a hold of me...and me to stop chasing meetings and be more productive.

The only con is the system is so robust that I haven't learned everything that I can accomplish by using it., I'll get there.,..it's worth it!

Overall, this is my go-to tool for scheduling my speaking engagements. I send potential leads to my Book Like A Boss page, and they can find a time that works for them to schedule me. This has greatly simplified my life and scheduling.

I even use this page too, when someone wants to email/call me to schedule me. I jump onto Book Like A Boss to see if I'm available. It works amazingly well and syncs to my Google Calendar.

Nachteile

The only negative I have about the software is that the built in messaging tool strips out line breaks. This makes it difficult to communicate longer messages or multiple paragraphs-worth of information.

I had contacted support a while back about this issue, but I have not seen any change.

The amount of features and configurations that you can create are really great -- you can get super granular with your booking, or keep things broad and open. And you can even tie a payment gateway to it.

I haven't used the customer service much, but I don't like how much of it is tied to a Facebook group. For those of us trying to get off of Facebook, it's a bit of a sticking point.

I despise the back and forth it takes to get a meeting booked. “Oh, I’m free from here to here on this day, then this sliver this day, and then...”. Maddening.

But with BLAB, you just send the link... and make it sound like you’re doing them a favor by allowing them to pick a time that works for them.

I’ve watched my calendar fill up as I send the link out in chats, emails, even integrated into my site.

The only snag I had with BLAB had nothing to do with BLAB and everything to do with the fact that people don’t know how to read.

I was a big fan of Calendly before BLAB came into the picture but being the early-adopter that I am, I decided to take the plunge and WOW, was it worth it. I've been using BLAB for an entire year and I don't any reason to leave. The team is very responsive and the software works perfect for my needs. I am always referring my clients to BLAB.

I wish I was able to edit the email messages that are sent from BLAB so I can make it more personal.

I also wish there was an zapier action to cancel a booking.

I'm really glad it's so easy to set up. Clients around the world can book appointments without needing multiple emails and confusion over time-zones.And because it syncs with my Google calendar, I don't get double-booked with other things.

From the moment I saw a business associate using BLAB to manage their bookings I knew BLAB was something special. The design is very modern and up-to-date. The user interface is so easy for my clients.

In order to switch from my current booking service to BLAB, I had to walk away from most of an annual pre-paid subscription. But, BLAB was so much better than the clunky service I was using before that I was only remorseful for a brief moment.

The only thing I would have liked initially was the ability to book aside times (like holidays) in which I wouldn't be available and sometimes the booking schedule didn't adjust to multiple calendar clashes that I had with my G calendar.

I have run several small businesses where online booking was the dream... but once I was referred to 'Book Like a Boss' my goal was finally achievable. For the vast majority of purposes this booking system is easy to navigate, offers extensive flexibility and options to bookings for either the individual or group, along with seamless integration to Outlook calendar.

There are only a few moments of hesitation with this system, where appointments created aren't displayed online until the appropriate links are made through the 'embeds' link, but once this is understood I have found it amazingly easy to created multiple diaries for different days and town in which I work each week.

Could be a bit more flexible with time blocks, turning on and off options, and more specific coupon types but these are just wish list items more than cons.

At the risk of sounding cheesy, it really is the boss. I love how the entire thing is so customizable! It's almost a full-on website, so a smaller consultant or coach just starting out could conceivably just use this software instead of building out a whole expensive website. You can get exactly what you want in your booking landing pages (plus an about me section, pictures, and more!)

When I first started, there were fewer options for integrating with Active Campaign through Zapier, but that issue just got fixed, and I am a happy woman now!

I love how Book Like a Boss easily integrates with all of my services, including Google Calendar and PayPal. The web embed scripts feature allows me to easily customize any webpage to add a product or service, and then have Book like a Boss handle the booking and scheduling for me!

The only thing I dislike is that I'm probably not using all of the functionality that my BLAB account provides. The more pro accounts are incredibly robust, and there are plenty of features I'm still learning about.

I also love having so much control over availability based on the appointment type - I have several different types of appointments that require different levels of prep time and I have everything planned out so I can be ready for my appointments. There are other features I'm excited to incorporate on the product side.

It is so seamless for the clients that there is no murmur from them about me changing my system.

I have to spend a little time each time I update appointments times or details, working out which page I must update. And as you change pages, the screen pops up to the top, confusing me about where I last landed.
