Vorteile
We use Restream to be able to simultaneously stream to our streaming platforms, not limiting us to just one. It works like a charm.
Nachteile
Only recently, issues having settings to one of our streaming services not holding. We has to re-enable each time.

It’s been a dream, I use it for every livestream I do!

Reasonably easy to use but wierd. Video quality hopeless
When I complained, the guy I dealt with was great. I got a refund. I'm just disappointed that the quality issue only arose after I had completed the interview. An earlier interview went fine but I have to redo the second one which I will do using another vendor.

All good
I stream a variety of content and it's always been a pain having to change platforms. It's super awesome to be able to just toggle between wherever as well as multistream casually without having to worry about it taking time and effort. Love it! Thanks!

This is Just Fun to Use!
Truly, being able to so simply set up the stream across multiple platforms made this fun. I actually enjoyed using it, which is not something I experience too often.
Vorteile
Easy set up, and does exactly what it says it does without fanfare or distracting features. Restream puts our streaming events in multiple places, clean and live, with the click of just a few buttons. Simple to figure out on its first use, this makes streaming an event pretty fun, because it exponentially increases the viewing audience.
Nachteile
There is nothing not to like just yet. The setup is simple and works pretty effective without being a video engineer or tech genius.

Decent web based software that gets the job done.
So far I've been pleased with Restream. It has done exactly what I needed it to, output one source to multiple destinations.
Vorteile
It is nice being able to send a stream to one location and then have it simultaneously output it to everywhere I need. I like that it interfaces with OBS and allows me to monitor everything before it uploads to their servers.
Nachteile
Scheduling a live stream can be a bit clunky and difficult to navigate your way through. I'm still learning my way around the software though.

For a streaming service, there is great value here. You can stream to multiple users simultaneously, they have great technical support, and you can easily connect to other platforms such as Twitch. Has all the necessary functions such as video embedding and emailed viewer metrics.
Nachteile
Unstable internet can seriously affect the stream, and sometimes the program glitches out and requires you to close it.

The Doubling feature is very important
Vorteile
I have two YouTube accounts and when I want to stream to both of them simultaneously, Restream Doubling feature is great for it. So one of my channels is a business channel and the other one is my personal. I go live to both of them as I have a different audience. And this way, I can keep my stream on my personal channel if anything happens to the business channel and the opposite.

Doubling can’t be applied to Custom RTMP

Worked okay, but functionality with Multi-Stream didn't work for us
Vorteile
It came highly reviewed and it did work well as a multi-streaming platform. Easy to setup and use.
Nachteile
The problem I had wasn't with Restream, but with how YouTube changed their streaming platform. Whenever I lost connection to YouTube, it would start a brand new livestream, rather than pickup on the same one. Wouldn't have been an issue, but with our poor internet, we had issues with it.

Quick and easy, it makes my workflow more manageable but allowing me to stream simulataneously.
Vorteile
It allows me to stream video content to multiple sources at once, all my social media accounts like YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc. It saves me time and does it effortlessly.
Nachteile
There are 1 or 2 platforms it doesn't work with, but I suspect it will update soon enough, so not a real complaint.

Restream was recommended to me by a friend and it has exceeded our expectations.
Vorteile
Restream is exactly what we needed when we started streaming our church services. Being able to comment on multiple platforms in one place is a huge plus. I really like the analytics, too.
Nachteile
I wish we didn't have to pay separately for the online scheduler. This was an unexpected additional cost.

A good service for broadcasters
No complaints - it's worked whenever we've needed it and saved a lot of money on upload costs.
Vorteile
Restream has made life a bit easier when trying to broadcast to multiple services especially with a capped upload speed - Their pricing is super fair and they even had a lifetime deal promotion which was a no brainer - I use them consistenly and have never had issues.
Nachteile
They don't differ from the competition by a lot - their lifetime deal and value was the main selling point but the tech is pretty much the same as what everyone else offers - It's likley a limintation to what's actually possible but they do a good job with the value provided.

Make sure you are hooked up to extremely fast and powerful internet. They do not warn you, but if you try to use wifi while streaming to 3 services at once, they will all drop frames heavily

Clever concept

Restream is such a great concept. You can literally be in 2 or 3 places at once by doing live videos on different platforms at once. If you into doing online videos it's a huge time saver.

Broadcasting easily without much knowledge
I've started using Restream during the 2020 pandemic, where webinars and meetings were all held online in a virtual space. I like the tool and I will probably keep using it.
Vorteile
I like that the personal use for this software offers a lot of functions and is, currently free.
When I need to stream video on multiple platforms simultaneously Restreams comes in handy. I had no previous experience in this area, and this tool was still easy to set up and use.
Nachteile
I like the tool so far, their website answers all my questions when I have them. The software is fast and easy, there is nothing I dislike as of now.

It was ok, but then when they introduce ftl it just fell short
