good program for scheduling
it's a great program and easy to use but glitchy needs improvement in areas for customer notification. Sometimes clients are not notified and sometimes i am not. Which results in me looking unprofessional and unorganized but
customer service is great and does help with issues.
Do recommend them but the glitches of the program needs to be fixed.

Just started using it but appears straight forward you can make it as basic as one requires
Nachteile
You are unable to to view it as a full month on the phone app as on other Apps which are available in this Mode . Very disorientating to get your head around whats available in a month when trying to memorize three days at a time

To complicated , not flexible enough , most of my customers always come back to me about the booking system .It would be nice , if the changes could be easier and if despite there is a program already existing , that customers could book an appointment whenever they like .

It appears to be useful for my kind of requirement which is just for making it convenient for clients to book appointments themselves without the hassle of downloading application or logging in. Customer support is very good.

Feedback to recent customer experience in fixing a personal usage issue with the application
Very good experience and like the overall design and colour scheme used

Basically very easy to set up and use of the application from the very start

Just a bit more explanation in the steps to setting up classes to view on the integrated app from start to finish and not just 1 part of the process so that the user gets the full process and not just part of it

Best appointment scheduling softest our there.

Amazing Costumer Service
Vorteile
The booking page is so useful. The features available on the free plan might be enough for a small entrepreneur. And I do love how atencious the costumer service is.
Nachteile
I wish I could make my clients could see the description of the services I offer while navigating on the mobile version.

An amazing alternative that gives paid services a run for their money
After looking for solid scheduling software I stumbled upon SetMore and was instantly sold.
+A lot of features and options
+Modern Design that feels very Smooth
+Intuitive Setup and everything pretty much speaks for itself
+Their support is amazing and responds really fast
as far as cons.. I don't have any, I hope I don't all of a sudden get hit with a 'pay now' because it almost feels like stealing!

Reliable and Easy
I have used this appointment scheduler for a while. I have tried a lot and I can say that this is a complete tool for appointment scheduling, easy to use and very reliable. I am very happy with the features and level of support.
I am waiting to see a time zone field though in the customer details, as this is a very important piece of information I need to know for each customer.

Very tailorable and easy to use
Vorteile
The software itself is very flexible and has a lot of great features (including website integrations, staff holidays, text message notifications). It has a very friendly user interface and excellent customer service.
Nachteile
Had a bit of difficulty setting it up, just because of all the features it provides (but at the end of the day, it is one of the advantages as well). However, their customer service was so helpful, they talked me through it.

Brilliant First Impressions
I have just launched my account, after searching for a similar software for a long time. I can already tell I am going to really like using SetMore! The support staff are really friendly, quick to respond, and solved my newbie questions. The UI looks great, and it is intuitive and easy to use. I think my customers are going to like it just as much as me!

Cons:
* fetching appointments sometimes takes too much time
* dutch translation is not error free
* no possibility to create two bookings at the same time
* no possibility to create an invoice through SetMore

Very nice software for small business bookings!
Easy to use and customize, full feature set even in the free version.
Customer service works really great via chat.
I can manage all my bookins via Setmore. Customers appreciate the possibility to reschedule or cancel via Setmore and it's easy for me too. I make beauty treatments and massage so I cannot answer calls when customers are in.

Vorteile
Very easy to use for both the customer and service provider, very easy to use. It even reminded me of the upcoming events.
Nachteile
Time margins are hard to change, only preset values which are 15 and 30 minutes there should be a manual option to choose other durations.

i've used three times for both appointments and classes.
The appointments sections work great, although limited to appointments no longer than 60min.
Whilst the classes are still in beta, the SetMore team was able to assist and create 90min classes when required.
Once classes are not longer in beta and the appointments times are more flexible this software will cover all our needs.

Logging out of account on all devices
Islam helped me to ensure my account was protected and could not be accessed from other devices that had previously had my password stored, by simply confirming that by changing my password I have done this. Customer Service was the BEST experience I've ever had with online help
Although the online help couldn't help with my specific request, it was still the best that I've ever come across. He replied very quick...2 minutes! That is crazy! I've never gotten help so quickly!

Great help for small business!
I am just starting an osteopathic practice and I find that this is one of the best and easiest to use software for managing appointments. It's great even in it's free version. But the free text reminders are worth upgrading to.
