- impossibilité d'un blocage flottant "fictif" pour simuler un emploi du temps chargé au lieu de l'actuel blocage possible uniquement à partir du premier horaire de la journée (j'aimerais que cette fonction bloque les horaires de façon aléatoire afin de permettre à mes clients de pouvoir réserver aussi les horaires du soir)

The ease of use. It almost has it all. great software that fits almost any business. lots of extra features available that you can work with it the way you want.
I've looked at different booking solutions and found SimplybookIt not only has the best solution, but it also has the best price/quality ratio! And the Support team has been very helpfull for me. Even when using the free version!

Nachteile

There are still parts I want to mention. A number of functions that I consider essential are optional, so you have to opt for the more expensive monthly subscriptions. I think the price difference (I don't have any employees) is a bit too high.
My clients are people within a 30 kilometer radius, so I would like to give my clients the feeling that they are booking locally. For now, there are parts that show that it is an international booking system. For example, that you have to choose your country in the address details.
The invoicing part may become more mature, I can for example not let my customers pay through our widely used system 'Ideal'. I need to be able to translate more words into this invoice section than is possible now. Oh and a widget for both a contact form and booking instead of a button ;) would be nice! It seems that I have a lot to notice, but it is constructive criticism, in which I believe they will pick it up.

Le logiciel peut être un peu difficile à prendre en main et les clients constatent souvent des difficultés pour régler en carte bancaire. Il serait également intéressant de pouvoir créer d'autres pages sur le site de réservation notmalent pour présenter un peu son travail.

It’s a little unclear on check out for patients when it tells them that they have payed when they have selected pay later.. it should also be able to have two currencies showing on the prices. As I have one part of my business in France and one in UK.

It is easy to use and set up, if I do run into an issue the support is amazing! My client's think is super easy and professional. I love the all the features, it sync to my gmail calender both ways. It send reminders.
It is a great product-- I am only on free version, I can imagine the benefits when I grow and move to a paid plan.
I appreciate that I am allowed to grow my business on the free plateform.

I would love to have the app on my phone- this would be great!

Nothing at all matters because they have ruined it all by the worst and most incompetent customer service you can ever come across. Their representative made a mistake and instead of fixing it or resolving, they did NOTHING - only sending template responses, put you at the blame and not even a single apology. Such a shameful experience! Never again and strongly do not recommend to anyone!

Terrible Customer Service, terrible service, they turn your platform off without any prior warning because their staff made mistakes when you needed help. AT the end they do nothing at all to fix it. BIG NO to this company.
Honestly you'd be better off using anything else but SImplybook!

The ease of Set up and not limits on how many services I added and how you can hide services when the promotion is over and then use them again when you do another promotion.

You can always get hold of a live human being (via there chart software) to answer questions in real time and if you catch them when they are closed they are quick to get back to you once they are open for business.

The software interface and dashboard is simple to use which I like. It comes with a very basic package that you build ontop of whatever features you would like so you just pay for the features that you want.

You build it piecemeal which means you pay for each additional feature you want.

I like the ease of use and the directions and assistance always available. Simply book me is always updated and adding new features to compliment my business and assist with day to day tasks of synchronising my appointments. I love the analytical part of the system that allows me to keep track of all my appointments, hours and money

There is nothing I do not like about Simply book me. It is easy to use, 24/7 online help with everything and great feedback from my clients who can choose their times with ease.
