Using the app and online application helps me to management my time. I provide services by myself, I have a full time job, and I attend school without simplybook.me I wouldn't know what to do. It helps me manage my clients around my schedule. I highly recommend using Simplybook.me. Its easy to use and my clients love that they are able to book at any time. I also love the features to help me choose how many to book and when to lock my schedule. I love it. If I can give more stars I would.

I love how you can basically create your own website for your booking system and customize it to suit your brand. I love the added custom features. The fact that you can choose what to enable and what to disable based on your business’s needs is amazing! And the annual price for the Basic plan so great! Definitely most cost effective than other scheduling systems I’ve used in the past.

I feel like they should include more than just 3 custom features on the basic plan. “Accepting payments” & “Accepting deposits” are 2 main features that most businesses require, & without a doubt should be included for free. It’s kind of a no brainer. Or both of these features should be 2 in 1 because they go hand in hand. Having to enable both of them then leaves you with only 1 more custom feature to select.

Other than this, everything else is great!

I was first attacted to the look and the ease of programming what I needed for my clients site. I still think all of that works well. The Live Chat is a God send, and the help is very helpful and friendly. I also like very much all the YouTube videos on EVERY page. Some of the videos could go into more detail...but then I am a beginner so...maybe one Video that takes you through the Additional Options a little more clearly as I missed a few things.

When created the Booking widget it doesn't save your color settings and I also didn't realize that you can't change the background. Also, I wanted the Facebook widget and it was never working properly. It wasn't Simplybook.me problem but FACEBOOK. Facebook doesn't allow the widget unless you have over 2000 likes. Something maybe SB could mention. It took me a few days to figure it out and I almost cancelled my subscription but the LIVE CHAT gave me a great solution. I also really wish that I can keep the backend language in English, but my Frontend (what the customers sees) in German. The main problem is that you can't change the Timeframe of the booking once you set it the first time. Crazy! I had it on 5 min, now I wish it was 15min. My site would look cleaner because I am using the "Flexible" Calender.

SimplyBook.me was the best software I have used for booking appointments!! It has so many great features, for example, my new clients are able to book consults with me online. They can book their appointments right through the calendar. They can schedule recurring appointments, as well. The UI is also very user friendly, I have a lot of elder clients who always tell me they have no patience for a computer but booking their appointments online is never an issue for them!

You have to pay for great products, and this is the reason I no longer have this software. I had to choose a software that was more in my budget. Other than the price, I really cannot complain!

The software is very easy to use! It was very easy for me to input information about my company and navigate around to learn the various functions. After inputting the information, the outcome was very professional looking as if I had paid a professional to do it for me.

The most affordable option ($29.99) is too limited. Only 8 personal features allowed. I had to cut down on a lot of the features that were available to me when I was using the free trial and was choosing to purchase the actual product. I went from 25 features to 8.

The ability to mix and match custom features is a plus as ir allows you to only "pay" for what your business will actually use.

There is no "a la carte" option for custom features. So, for instance, I have access to 8 custom features but later find out I need one extra feature my only option is to upgrade to the next highest subscription plan. There should be an option to pay per feature.

I've tried so many different booking websites and none of them can even compare to simplybookme. it really is so simple to use, they even have video tutorials if you need any extra help! i cannot believe how much my profits have increased since signing up. thank you simplybookme!

the only downside to this software is that there are several features that are not available for the basic subscription. which is very disappointing that i cannot advertise gift cards unless i upgraded my subscription.

There is no opportunity to calculate travel fees for mobile services like Hair Cutting Home Service that will be displayed when a customer book a service. Sometimes it is important to devide travel fees from the rest of the service.

I like that my clients have no trouble figuring out how to book an appointment and that the map to my location is on the home page. It generally easy to navigate through editing open hours. Seems to have a lot of features I'd like to become more familiar with.
