Great Solution

TeamMate Allows Us to Provide Better Audits in Less Time
Our implementation team was outstanding! They took the time to thoroughly explain the product and made sure staff was comfortable using the software. It seemed their biggest goal was to ensure our success.
Vorteile
TeamMate is user friendly and can be seamlessly integrated into many types of organizations. TeamMate helps keep audit projects organized and makes it easy to schedule projects from your audit plan. The feature I like the most is the ability to document risks throughout the agency. TeamMate provides a great overall picture that can be presented to management and the Audit Committee.
Nachteile
We have not encountered any issues with the product or any features that we would like to see added. I have reviewed their Community Forum and found it to be a great tool when questions do arise.

Easy transition from TeamCloud to TeamMate+
In general, TeamMate+ Audit is easy to navigate and has similar features as in the hosted TeamMate EWP. The transition did not take our team long to get used to the new online work environment. Also, Winterhawk the consultant helped with the implementation to TeamMate+ made the transition very easy.
Vorteile
Has many features such as hyperlinking that help with audit documentation.
Nachteile
Our team would love to have bookmarking back as this is a very helpful feature for our recurring audits.

TeamMate Audit Software
Vorteile
It's a great place to store all your workpapers and it's convenient to collaborate with other colleagues. You're able to work on/edit the same documents, leave feedback, and sign off on them.
Nachteile
Just small things - I encountered a lot of challenges when hyperlinking documents. Sometimes the software would just crash but my work would not be saved. I always worked offline and copied and pasted into TeamMate just to be safe.

Really poor software
A lot of wasted hours

Not much, there is nothing to like. It is such a frustrating program

TeamImage is probably the worst part of the program, although the program as a whole is really poor

Good audit tool
Overall, for audit projects, it was a great tool.
Vorteile
For audit purposes, we found the software very useful.
Nachteile
The only issue we had is that the time management function did work out for our needs. We also need ERM implementation and the software did not offer our needs.

Solid audit management tool.Reliable audit management software
The TeamMate application is a well-rounded audit management suite which is regularly maintained and updated to meet our audit management requirements. It provide many benefits such as accurate reporting.
Vorteile
The product does what is required but needs improvement to become user friendly. Great Interface. I can also say that the application is a well-rounded audit management suite which is regularly maintained and updated to meet our audit management requirements as expected.
Nachteile
The product could be updated for better documentation interface. It lacks the current available functions in other applications, such as auto spell checks and fonts options.Web version not very user friendly when compared to desktop version

Early Implementation Stage for TeamMate+
Vorteile
I'm looking forward to accessing TeamMate+ on the web based platform versus how TeamMate AM was accessed.
Nachteile
Unfortunately, it is not clear if TeamMate+ will be able to capture the audit hours, resource costs, and expenses as was possible in TeamMate AM.
