Love it and will continue to utilize.

Such an easy to use and versatile product. Great to gather opinions or suggestions from a team of workers. We frequently use it to easily gather thoughts and opinions on matters we are working with. Provides options to check off or text boxes. Really great!

Sometimes a survey will shut down after first click, but other than this a great product.

It is a fast and effective way to gather responses from team members as well as outside people.

It is a very elaborate and intuitive system for conducting a survey. It helps you get started in situations where you might be having difficulty forming a question.

It's not bad, but I prefer using another app
Vorteile
I like that they have tons of templates. And well written templates by the way. Whenever I think to create a survey, I know that I cna find similar templated on surveymonkey website.
Nachteile
It's pretty expensive compared to other similar apps, especially if you have to pay from your own pocket. And i don't really like the interface of this app, but that's not as important.

Creating a survey is fun and easy. I needed to create a survey to ask a few questions on what they would prefer. I did this with ease and was able to email employees directly from Survey Monkey after I created.

Very happy using Survey Monkey
Vorteile
It was easy to understand. Nothing difficult when publishing your survey. We used it for our work Christmas Party “family fued” game. It was a hit!
Nachteile
When using this software we didn’t run into any difficulties. It did exactly what we asked it to do

It's a great tool and useful to help grow my small business.

First of all, I love that this option is FREE! I'm able to create my own questions that help shape and grow my business based on feedback from my customers.
Nachteile
I guess it's expected from a free product, but I dislike having to see advertisements. I also don't like that my customers giving feedback also have to see them.

I like SurveMonkey and how easy it is to create a survey. I like that you can share via link or via email and that it has an option for anonymous surveys.
Vorteile
I most liked the easiness of use. It guides you while building your survey and has the option to pre-populate answers.
Nachteile
Not many cons. It takes some time to figure out how it works but once you do it's easy. It took me some time to get the logo up.

We recently need to investigate colleague/student satisfaction and need their feedback so we use the SurveyMonkey system to create a survey. It has the function to quickly generate a template and we only need to modify some detail. They can do the survey just use their cellphone. Quick and Easy to use.

Use Google Forms
I many use survey for market research and I switched to Google Forms because I think it is planned out better and easier to use.
Vorteile
Survey Monkey does have nice graphs of the data collected. It also has many options for types of questions like multiple choice, essay etc.
Nachteile
I really don’t like this software. It has a lot going on and is just very cluttered and hard to find what I’m looking for.

I have been using this software since 2012 up to now and I still like it.

The SurveyMonkey software is easy to use for anyone even without IT background, it helps a lot in conducting different survey.

Not Helpful for what I needed
Overall Survey Monkey is great, it is simply not what I was looking for for my particular project with work.

Unfortunately, we had a really poor response from our clients on filling out the survey we sent, so it looks like it just isn't something that we can use right now.

It's super easy to set up. The free version has really great functionality and is usable for simple, small volume internal surveys.
Nachteile
If you're surveying large amounts of data, you'll need the paid version to be able to export the data to analyze it. Paid version is a little expensive but I suppose you could keep it just for the duration needed.
