SurveyMonkey is one of the most collaborative, user friendly websites to date. It is easy to extract data and is very capable of any function you need within the survey making capacities.

There are limited support resources, however you do not need to use them that often which is probably why.

For someone who didn't know much about how it worked before we started, I was easily able to pick it up and run with it. Survey's and polls are a breeze to put together and send out. The analytics are helpful and easy to interpret.

Forms Automation definitely required a bit of a learning curve to get a handle on, but once you have it down, it does go smoothly for the most part.

The tool has features that helps us in managing both the positive and the negative feedback. The tool has an interesting dashboard that has well lableded functionality. Its easy to use and has a broad applicability in the business.

SurveyMonkey lo utilizziamo principalmente per richiedere feedback e pareri a utenti che visitano i siti web sopratutto quando se ne stanno andando dal sito. Questo ci aiuta a comprendere meglio i loro bisogni e interessi, oltre che capire se ci sono migliorie a livello di user experience che si possano apportare. Creare un sondaggio è semplice e piuttosto veloce. Poi il software restituisce un riepilogo dei dati raccolti con grafici e diagrammi, oltre che permette di esportare facilmente. L'integrazione sul sito web è semplice mediante il codice di incorporamento o il plug-in di Wordpress. Facile e molto utile anche l'integrazione con MailChimp per inviare newsletter e raccogliere feedback o fare sondaggi.

Nachteile

Il software è di facile utilizzo e comprensione. L'app mobile ha qualche piccolo intoppo ogni tanto e si chiude inaspettatamente. Però rimane uno strumento molto utile sopratutto per la consultazione veloce dei dati.

I also like it because you can send the survey using email, embed it on the client's website for site visitors, or share on social media depending on the target audience. The customer support is friendly and helpful.

SurveyMonkey offers limited customization features and the survey might look like any other especially when you use the pre-existing templates. I also dislike the fact that SurveyMonkey stores and owns the data collected, which is a primary privacy concern. It requires learning and experimenting with different questions to capture the required data.

I love that Surveys are easy to make on the application. I love the mobile access to because it allows participants to participate from the comfort of wherever they are on their smartphone. The application is easy to use for both creators and participants.

So far, there is really not a least favorite thing about the app. It does its job exceptionally well :)

The best features of Survey Monkey are that you can collaborate with shared libraries, templates and you can build surveys together. You can even consolidate your billing. The copy and paste feature is easy to use and edit. The content is pretty easy to understand.

Questions can be easier when put in sequential order. Some other software's can be more user friendly when it comes to this topic. It would be nice to move websites into the surveys so that you can reference certain data when comparing information.
