I liked being able to access information after the event; connect with individuals that could be valuable to me to connect with at a later date.

It is hard to keep track of everything that is going on during events such as conferences, and Whova understands this. The organization that Whova provides as well and the communication with attendees that are attending is amazing.

I did not love the presentation of the "community" tab. It was overwhelming

Maybe narrow down the number of chats or consolidate similar topics into one stream so you're not having to monitor multiple chats for the information you want.

It would be nice to sort by Company. I realize you can type company name in Attendee search, but it would be great to see which companies are in attendence

It worked great for choosing what agenda options to add for my personal agenda, including choices of breakout sessions. But I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of finding others attending the conference and meeting up with them!

I disliked all the notifications I was receiving, but ended up finding it was my fault and changed the settings!

Easy to use with lots of features. Loved all the pictures attendees posted in the photo section. Vendors were able to provide information to the attendees about their services. Leaderboard kept everyone engaged. We added additional videos to share with participants as well.

Compilation of session materials. Choosing sessions and easily adding them to my agenda. Viewing my agenda. Letting me book two sessions so I can view them in my agenda later and decide.

Whova made it easy to contact and hear from people, both those previously known, and others unknown, like when seeking a ride to the airport unexpectedly. Also, it made it easy to organize small group gatherings at meals or other times, as well.

It was hard to find a list of all attendees, and once I found it, the list was not sortable by home states or other topics.

I love having everything in one place. It's easy to move between the tabs, integrates messaging capability, shows full schedule and allows you to customize your own schedule, easy to find the powerpoints and additional documentation from the presenters.

I would love to be able to set up a group chat in the messaging feature.

There was a lot of functionality on the app and this got a little crowded on a phone screen. Also the process of asking questions and breaking the ice was a little opaque and resulted in input going to the wrong place.

The main thing that we needed it for was the mobile app that allowed all users to use their phones during conferences to keep their agenda, maps and reminders.

There was really only one thing that I noticed was there were some people that had issues syncing to changes that we made in the event items.

We selected Whova because we liked the idea of having an app where participants could create their own gatherings at our event. That feature seems unique to Whova and it was great.

There is little ability to customize the app which is a big downside to my team. The customer service also wasn't very good.

As an admin it is extremely clunky and not intuitive at all. Printing off session attendee lists is painful and time consuming. Being able to view and/or print off individual attendees' schedules is not available.

The agenda function is good. This makes the whole conference very clear. As a sponsor, we can upload a lot of material to help people get to know us better.

Although the contact exchange function is useful, no one uses it. Maybe the attendees are not familiar with how to operate it, or they don’t know that this feature exists. Contact information is mainly exchanged through paper business cards. I hope to be able to introduce and promote this function to everyone in the future, such as putting up an introduction video.
