It was easy for me to share with my team of booth attendees.
It was easy for me to search for and communicate with attendees in our target audience
It was easy and beneficial to create a company page for attendees to view our website, videos and more.
It was easy for our booth personnel to collect leads and identify if they were hot or cold.
With one click, I was able to download the list of leads from an email that was sent to me immediately after the event.
After reviewing and editing the list 160 new leads were added to our CRM database.
Without this App, I would not have been able to efficiently and quickly manage staff needs during the event and manage and communicate to leads post event. Within 3 business days, leads received a welcoming email in their inbox.

That notifications weren't tailored to groups, posts, or people you were following so it always appeared I had notifications even if they were related to things I wasn't interested in.

It would be nice to have a location reminder that you can have as a pop up (check in - sessions scheduled - EDGE) for those who are not savvy with apps. Similar to a pop-up message that you can close and or delay - just thoughts

How easy it was to use, friendly, quick and interaction with other attendees is an option.

Some questions were capped for gaining more points and where it should have been capped was not.
Like I cannot post questions for sessions I didnot attend, while cannot gain points for posting feedback for sessions I have actually attended. The way points system works seems to need some improvement or collaboration between you and event organizer to see where it can be best.

I FOUND THE "AGENDA" AND "MY AGENDA" TABS VERY USEFUL. THE MAPS WERE HELPFUL AS WELL.

I DIDNT LIKE ALL OF THE ALERT NOTIFICATIONS FOR EVERY SINGLE POST THAT WAS ADDED. IT WAS TOO MUCH INFO COMING IN AT ONCE.

Whova is a real time app. You get informed of everything going on as there are new updates about the event you are attending.

Maybe just too much notifications not filtered. Some notifications were not relevent to me but maybe it was relevant to others so I was still good with that.

I was able to create my own agenda and still toggle back to see the general agenda for the entire conference. It was also great to see who else is in attendance being able to connect with everyone through the app.

When looking for SEVC at Myrtle BEACH, OTHER MEETING WERE LISTED. BUT I WAS ABLE TO NAVIGATE EASILY BACK TO MY MEETING.

Creating a Leaderboard and various ways to set-up meet-ups and polls was wonderful. Live streaming, chat, etc. was a great integrated feature along with setting up your agenda ahead of time to save time and organize your day.

Our group reached maximum number of polls and topic could not be organized by users. There should be an easy button to change notification settings as well.

Our conference had well over 1,000 attendees. Whova allowed each one to register, updated, sign up for sessions, see the agenda, receive immediate feedback and follow-up with speakers. Our administrators were able to share information around the clock.

Everything! I was really fascinated by the ease of navigating its features. Its creators knew what the participants to an event would need; schedules, speakers profiles, note-taking and downloading of notes taken, interaction with co-participants, networking, etc.

The community page was ALL over the place. Looking at mine now, it literally has 3909 new comments. You couldn't easily sort. There should be categories, like social, professional, local events etc. Then have a trending section. Would have also liked to have a mass Ad on Linked In, that could be an opt in or opt out feature but there were over 400 participants, and I couldn't click on all of them. Maybe before the event poll people and ask who they are planning to meet with, what topics they want to know most about, local events they are wanting to check out etc.

What I liked the most about Whova is that I am able to learn new things and grow as I become a better teacher and Christian. I love how I can go back and look at the videos, documents, slides, etc to point them out and save them for later use.

What I liked the least about Whova is that sometimes its hard to keep up with the live stream videos and the lagging that occurs during the conferences. Other than that, I love everything else.
