With regards to support, we try our best to get back to all clients as quick as possible, however these support times can vary depending on how busy we are. If you are looking to get faster support we suggest subscribing to our chat or phone support package.

It's always a joy to read such positive feedback. First use is certainly something that we could make a bit more intuitive and we're aware of that. We're currently working on a User Interface redesign which aims to make the experience a lot more intuitive.
