Excellent product and customer service
Customer service at xMatters is fantastic, personally would like to call out Dane Q and Simta, they have been extremely helpful and responsive to my numerous queries. Overall product is good and easy to use, however I am still learning the set up and developing comm plans is taking a bit of time, although I am glad that your team is here to help!

xMatters - Great find me follow me tool.
xMatters allows us to schedule technicians anytime of day or night. It allows teams to be as flexible with there schedule or as detailed. Their training modules and help site is fabulous, I can always find the answer to my question.

Great Product
We use this product for emergency announcements to our staff, for opening hour changes or closings due to inclement weather. We also utilize this as a form of communication across our safety team for immediate notifications whether people are in the office or out.

xMatters Simplifies Alerting
xMatters has provided excellent alerting processes to our organization. We are very simply able to alert those that need to take action. The notifications are very customizable so our admins are able to receive them via the channel they prefer. Escalation is also very simple to configure ensuring that critical alerts get immediate action taken.

Helpful tool/software.
We have a great experience with the xMatters tool. It has helped make it easy for our NOC to quickly page out to our on call teams when there is an issue with our system. It also has great integration tool that can be used to integrate with Slack.

Easy Peasy
This software is one of the easiest I have ever integrated into an Operations group. Once you set up the Application, add your user groups, and add the On-Demand connectivity....You can sit back and let the Notifications take off!!

Flexible and feature-packed
xMatters is an amazing system for notifications. The flexibility of being able to configured many different notification devices and types in addition to easy self-service scheduling for teams makes this a very powerful platform.

Excellent tool!
I love xMatters! We use it for our disaster recovery methods. I love that you can enter a call tree of people and can push one button and send the same message to a number of people at once in the department and not forget anyone! Being able to check in to see who has not responded is a great feature as well.

Excellent product
From the start xMatters staff made it extremely easy to understand the product and benefits. They assisted us in every way with online learning, setup and configuration of the product. And they continue to reach out to see if all our needs are taken care of... the best customer service I've ever had with a product like this. And the product is easy to use and works great!

We had great experience with brand new installation of xMatters. Consulting team was very knowledgeable. A very successful implementation. Client Success Manager supported all the new release migration very efficiently. All the release migrations were carried out without any problems.

The Manual notification tool used in Connectit works very well. It saves time from looking up a number in xmatter. But looking up departments and numbers work well also.

XMatters Complex but Useful
xMatters has a lot of setup required before use. After the setup and permissions are done, the software works like a charm and is very useful.

We use it in a call center and it works great for having multiple groups of engineers to assign cases too. Xmatters keeps adding great new features to their products also.

Helpdesk Tech.
Sometimes it does not page out and at times we have to do a manual pages instead.
We also get calls from second level that they continue to get paged, even after they acknowledge ticket.

xMatters...the option are endless
While xMatters provides the user a ton of flexibility it feels like at times they have allowed for so much customization that it might make things even more complicated than they need to be. The onboarding was thorough and much needed and customer support continues to be available for any additional issues along the way.
