Salesloft - It is what it is - Two stars
has been poor. There are better solutions out there. As BDRs we rely on tools like sales loft to do our job and make our living. When they work poorly we work inefficiently and cause us, and our company, money. Although I cannot be certain if it is a Salesloft issue or an internal issue with the folks who administer the program. Because of that I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 as it may not be 100% on Salesloft. Also not ceratin if my being based overseas and calling into the US means the phone issues are only for me or also for US based employees. thing is with all other VOIP calling (Zoom, facetime, skype, teams, etc...) I have zero issues - it is only with Salesloft.
Vorteile
It integrates well with Salesforce. It is better than using a rotary phone and yellow pages like back in the day.
Nachteile
Phone issues. Intermittent outages. Bad experience with support.

Sales Review
Vorteile
User ability is high - the layout of the site is easy to find information/content you're looking for. Like the use of "Snippets" vs. "Templates"
Nachteile
Calling features are poor - need to be able to call through salesloft with it accurately importing the call into salesforce and Chorus.
Filter options within a cadence or account are messy and do not pull the information needed.

Great idea but the platform is built SUPER bad
Vorteile
The tool undeniably boosts the productivity of a sales team. You're able to touch a much higher volume of prospects per day than without it
Nachteile
the downside is the platform was architected and built by a 5 year old. Their APIs is bad so their email integration with Outlook is constantly spotty. The logic built into the Contact sorting function is very basic so its hard to sort through a high volume of contacts at once. Worst though is that their customer service always blames user error when IT departments have gotten involved and mapped the problems back to them.

Half Baked Integration
SalesLoft promised us a full integration with hubspot and it does not work. The information does not easily flow and it causes us to pull reports from each. It is a mess
Vorteile
I like salesloft's cadence creation and its ease of use.
Nachteile
I dislike the reporting aspect, and the data transfer.
