I like the Accounts Payable module the most. The reason is that this function reports directly to me. We also use Stampli, which was a great add-on.

Importing feature makes set up easy, all financial data from the past was uploaded with ease. Very user friendly. All modules that we use are easy to use and understand

I love Sage, it's very intuitive and clean and simple. The history is stores is great. Everything can be online and paperless. The check list feature is amazing. Dashboards are wonderful.

Expense reporting could be more advanced. Pictures of receipts, better mobile integration. A little better per diem integration.

The AP invoice processing and reporting features, as well as the flexible reporting options, are exceptional. The fact that it is web-based is a significant improvement over the prior Sage 50 version and allows for greater flexibility when working remotely.

I found some of the terminology to be a little annoying, but other than that, my experience has been nothing but great. The inability to make adjustments based on individual preferences is frustrating, especially when using it on a daily basis is mandatory.

REnewal of our services has not gone smoothly, errors that resulted in a double charge was not a great experience, but they did make it right in the end

The best part of SAGE is the reporting functionality. It is very snappy and easy to customize. Further, the user settings can be tailored to a high level of internal control.

Nachteile

One thing that I think Sage Intacct can improve on is the pricing and limitation options. The plans are quote-based and depend on the number of users, entities, modules, and transactions. The pricing can be quite expensive and complex, especially for small businesses with limited budgets. The system also has some limitations on the number of custom fields, reports, and dashboards that can be created. I hope they can offer more affordable and flexible plans in the future.

Invoicing is easy and the reporting is straight forward.

There are many defects that need to be tweaked. Updating customer addresses in contacts will not update an address on an open invoice. With Recurring invoicing you have to add the customer to a recurring billing group to know it can be paid. Open invoices for the same customer dated the same day of the recurring will be paid even if not a recurring invoice. Many defects in my opinion.

Has all the features we need, reporting is easy to pull and follow if needed more detail. We have multiple entities set up under a parent company and Sage allows us to pull all the different reporting we might need.

Sage Intacct allows us to import the statement, conduct an in-depth analysis, keep tabs on past payments, and make adjustments to upcoming payments. The entire accounting process, from purchasing through the general ledger to accounts payable and receivable, is handled by Sage Intacct.

Using it is a bit of a struggle. It takes months to work efficiently, in my experience. Starting something you've never done before is always difficult. While robust, customizing the reports and dashboard features is a slog.

Sage Intacct is used for all of our daily activities, from accounts payable through accounts receivable, as well as month-end close and reporting. Our month-close has been delayed in the past due to technical difficulties and problems with AP synchronisation. Their support team's sluggish reaction time is also a problem.

The product's usability would improve greatly if the Fixed Assets and Prepaids sections were modernized. The Charge Payoff screen, like the bank and credit card reconciliation screens, needs a "match transactions" capability.

Sage Intacct provides the necessary features and application to be the Accounting system for our company. We enjoy the ability for a new user to quickly pick up the layout and how the system works without too much complexity.

Some of the onboarding/setup guidance we received initially from our rep was rushed, which required us to rewind and tweak our setup. However, this varies by the individual rep and if they are up to date and knowledgeable.
