I loved that the features were easy to use, you could generate QR codes and links for registration, etc. The ease of use, the ability to preview. This was a great power version of an Evite, EventBrite, but all rolled up in one.

Nachteile

I could not afford in my educational non-profit the fees to manage specific fields for a one-time free event.

First and foremost, the customer service was top notch. I worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] mostly, and they were always very helpful and professional. Secondly, the ease of adding our information, editing, customizing and the dashboard. It was a great experience fir our committee.

We did not like that reports did not work well from cell phones. Also, we wished that we were able to easily filter and create reports from the program and not have to do exports each time.

RSVPify was easy to use once I was able to figure out how to customize it -- there is a bit of a learning curve.

-Stripe is the only payment app connected and only is applicable if you have a business.
-RSVPify occasionally did not work on some people's browsers.
-Need for more administrator functionality so that I could enroll individuals who wanted to RSVP via email rather than through the app when it didn't work.

It was great that you could create a custom landing page for your event. We needed something unattached to our main website so that we could curate the people that saw it. The custom questions and secondary events were very helpful. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful in determining whether or not the software would fit my needs before I purchased it.

Nachteile

I wanted it to be more like excel or google sheets while viewing my guest list data, with similar filtering capabilities. Same with the email tool - I had a couple of groups of people that needed special emails. Even if they were part of a secondary event, that would not exclude them from the general guest list, so I had to send emails from my own account via MailMerge so that my guests wouldn't get confused.

Our RSVP situation was that the first 100 guests to RSVP would be allowed to attend and then everyone after that was on a waitlist. When I closed the RSVP, then people couldn't edit their responses if they could no longer attend.

This is one of the easiest websites to use. We needed something to keep track of who was attending an event on campus. This was easy to set up, and was easy for the users.

I have used the free version for small events and the paid version as well. Both are great .

Great product.

Easy to input payment.

Great to have comments and dietary restrictions.

Nachteile

Creating images for the invitations could be easier. I usually just create it in powerpoint and upload it.

The ease of use, and the QR code made signing up for our sports clinic extremely easy. Parents value time and "user-friendliness" and RSVPify allowed parents to sign up for our sports clinic with almost no effort.
Additionally, we were able to effectively contact all the participants that signed up through RSVPify.

A few more design and question options would be beneficial.

I liked that the software sent me notifications on who rsvp'ed, logged emails and names as well as created a friendly easy tool for my guest to use.

The price should reflect the amount of use. My guest list was less than 100; this should be considered when pricing.

I love that this is FREE for the regular version, though you can pay more to get more RSVP's. I used this for an event, and I loved that people RSVP'd themselves, as well as any guests, and I was able to add special notes (ex. dietary restrictions, drink preference, etc.). I love that I could add my own pictures to the event, and I got notified when people RSVP's. It was super customization, even on the free version!

Honestly, nothing! For the free version, it included a lot of features!

I found the product very easy-to-use for managing multiple class reunion events. The website looked beautiful and set a professional tone for the event. Help desk staff were amazing!
